The coffee one is a franchise of sorts with their own Tin Masters and the ramen son is just copying his dad so those two make sense. Not sure what's going on with the convenience store though, it seems like those guys are in two places at once somehow.
Haven't checked that shop out yet.

I'm not counting the shops that are also in 6th Street. Is the Tin Master in Lumina Square different at all? I've never gone in and just assumed he was exactly the same. Honestly I thought Chop Jr. was identical for a while too when I just looked at him at a distance until I did Seth's events. Seems like the convenience store guys are just mass produced, did you notice that the ones in Blazewood are an older model?

Also, I am mad at WuWa for making it impossible to get all the rewards in the event ending today if you waited too long! Ignored it cause it said it would be up for two weeks, and then was only able to clear the first two panels because I started it two days ago!

Oh, fair. I haven't gone too much to it so I'm not sure. I went to Chop Jr's shop a few times so I could tell it was someone different, but wasn't sure if it was some sort of franchise either. Apparently he's just the son of the one on 6th Street, so not sure if they're both just weird organic lifeforms with some robotic arms on their backs or what. They seem like they should be robots at least.
I didn't really check the Blazewood ones out either. Neat little details added at least.

Oh yeah I didn't start it till yesterday either lel. I blame myself because wuwa events aren't like ZZZ where it's events can be done in a like one to a few hours, like that picture taking one. It's worse because it was as easy as just talking to the damn car and then you would get at least five keys for just logging in.
The rewards seem better, you could get five standard pulls from it, but it does make wuwa a little more high maintenance. Probably just need to read the descriptions of the events next time or at least start them.

Obviously the real reason is so they could just reuse Chop's model with only slight modifications, but iirc its not supposed to be a chain, he's a rebellious son who wanted his OWN ramen shop!
I think they're just some kind of organic lifeform, and they use the robo arms for increased ramen efficiency.
I just happened to notice them out of the corner of my eye while I was doing some quests in Blazewood. It is a neat lil' detail, also funny to see that Bangboos used to be lil' tin shitcans.

I don't think WuWa has had an event like this before where even if you start within the listed timeframe, you can still miss out on rewards for being "too late". Even the past Lollo Logistics events you could wait until the last day and do in one go.

I have a feeling they wanted to play the whole dad and son thing too. I'm sure his dad is proud!
When will we get robo arms for increased ramen efficiency?
I'll have to check them out next time I'm on if I can remember.

The moon festival one was like that with the little minigame part. But yeah I think most of them were at least possible depending on how much time you had and how well you could go through them.

Yeah, Chop does seem like the kinda dad who would be proud of even his rebellious son.
Soon hopefully!

Oh yeah, I suppose it was. I forgot cause I actually started that one with more than enough time to finish it. Although, that one was actually around for pretty much the entire update, unlike this one which was like a week and a half.

Nevermind, I got the time wrong and don't need to head out for another half hour.

Better be the first thing robo arms are made for!

Yeah it was a long one. Made me rush the story too. Still, from now on I'm gonna have to check what the event actually requires you to do when they hand out pulls.

What are you going to go do?

Merry Christmash

From something lighter, to something even lighter. And from a top-fermentation ale to bottom-fermentation lager.
Today, we will crack open a bock from Randers Bryghus, called Jule Lys.

The beer pours a light amber color, leaving no head. It smells slightly of caramel.

When drinking it, it thankfully isn't flat, still having plenty fizziness to it, which its head wouldn't hint at.
It doesn't taste of nearly as much as the previous three beers, but that's not anything unusual when comparing tops and bottoms. Tops usually have a better mouthfeel and plenty more flavour, while bottoms are more refreshing and often better during warm days.
And the latter, is what this bock provides. A refreshing taste, with an after-taste of caramel and cinnamon, and a slight bitterness left behind in the back of your throat.

In summary, a beer better saved for a warm summer day.
And during summer, you needn't worry about the VOL either, since this one is only a meager 6%.

Happy drinking, and Merry Christmas
