There's still some fun community-ran events, like Ms. & Mr. /co/, King & Queen of /v/, the 4chud cup (remember when Froot tried and failed to copy it?) or the /v/GA's, but yeah, it's getting pretty grim. The captcha's fine doe, better than the text one, and way better than the old Jewgle one, that one was absolutely atrocious (clicking on extremely slowly fading out pedestrian crossings only to get an error anyways, jejjjjj).
For me, the biggest problems are the filesize limit still being 4 MB on most boards (2 [two] on /b/, atrocious) and noraidz (2025 April Fools proved 4cacas still can muster up a raid, mods decided to not be total nigs for once and let us raid Habbo for the occasion, we did all the classic shit like the swastika formation and occupied the server for a good couple of hours, 1st of April '25 was a really fun day on both 4chan and the sharty).
