thanks to everyone for the help, i'm starting to quietly figure out, it seems. but still: what is better in my case? estrophem or femoston? do i need didrogesterone so much? i was just told in tfem chats that estrophem is "no fuck with a weird composition" and that it is better to take femoston, but no one has explained to me any specific difference
