I don't know how many years I've had a red and forbidden scrotum, and when I was in medical school, the surgeon asked me why it was red like I knew it. It's gotten better lately, at least because I don't walk chronically in wet and finished underpants.
It evaporates in an hour (in fact, after 10 minutes it is already dry almost), what is there to blush and from what. Well, if the skin is scratched, it bakes a little, that's all.
