how do i ban certain countries from my board? i know where it is but how do i get the range? also is there any way to force anonimity for everyone but me (board owner)?

which has been sitting on the top of the board for months and served only to perpetuate toxic discord irl drama about someone's BF, it has nothing to do with the board theme. 
The new BO who claimed the board seems only to have a grudge about past stuff and trying to dox people now, instead of removing this stuff.

is there a way to reduce the number of previewed posts when looking at the front page of a board?

right now its 5 posts but if possible id much prefer 3 or even 2 posts, or even if theres a way to have no previewed posts id like to also run that and see if it looks cleaner

The usual reason. Feds spam cp images via Tor until the problematic site either gets shut down by its host or the admin bans Tor users from posting. The glowniggers want to de-anonymize you by making you use VPNs. Tor is simply too hard for them to crack.
