Also I have successfully hosted original meguca on AWS, it even works as in is public and available from the interwebz but there's no dns/hostname for now.

I just turned off the docker container.

In general we (me) (I dunno) have basically 3 options, else we deal with the situation as is but obviously I won't be able to moderate 24/7, jump hostnames (not really expensive but I'd have to set that up again) or do some code stuff to make it harder to access/harder to shit up the site but that takes time and I'm kinda low on free time for a while.

The BBC crew pressured me to join a tournament in early January so I caved in and signed up for the beginner category.
The draws are out today and my first match (it's single elimination) is against the guy who despite getting 3rd & 2nd the past two years still considers himself a beginner and insists on smurfing some more instead of playing against more capable opponents.
Should I just kill myself not show up? The joint is three hours away and since it's winter it's probably raining too.

Well, I got through the AC1, AC2, brotherhood, revelations and black lag in like 2 months, if I really wanted to get through them fast it would be more like a month.

Yea something broke, I'll fix it later sorry about that.
Believe me when I say that while doing this migration ANYTHING that could go wrong went wrong. Even here I am, having everything set up pretty much identically as back on shami and it still spits out some stupid error about S3 bucket and I'll have to fix that too.
Thankfully today I have a lot more free time but I have 0 idea how long tracking the issue will take.

I might change those in the future, honestly making the codebase work was top priority so far.
