Nationalist economies value race. Racial singularity is the value because it preserves tradition, experience, culture. Racial pluralism is the loss of value with the loss of tradition, experience and culture. Value has nothing to do with ownership unless that owned item produces something of benefit. Owned land, as long as it isn't either cultivated for flora and harvested or used to raise fauna, is pointless.

The fact that quote originates from one jew, thus it's impossible for him to be telling the truth, may not be obvious to the average NPC.
