It is easy to see bias and arbitrariness, abuse of the right of moderation contrary to the public interest of ensuring equal discussion on the board.
I suggest:
1. Recognize and clarify the situation. Find out the motivation of moderation in case of unreasonable removal of posts and ignoring justified complaints in this particular case. Find out if other cases are happening!
2. Take measures to further prevent the abuse of moderation. This can serve as a public condemnation of the offense, reprimanding the perpetrator, depriving him of the right of moderation.
2. Moving towards transparency of moderation. Announce an open set of moderators, rotate those who fail to remove from office.
