В случае повторной утечки — компании придется заплатить уже оборотный штраф: от 1 до 3% от ее прошлогоднего оборота. Самые жесткие санкции предусмотрены за утечки биометрических персональных данных. При повторном нарушении — оборотный штраф составит до 25 миллионов до 0,5 миллиарда рублей», — пояснил порядок штрафов депутат Хинштейн. 

Также закон вводит тюремный срок за незаконное использование, сбор, хранение или передачу персональных данных, полученных неправомерным путем. До 4 лет без отягчающих обстоятельств и до 10 лет, если преступление было совершенно группой лиц или повлекло тяжкие последствия.  

Сегодня же на поправки отреагировала администрация «Глаза бога» — самого популярного бота для «пробива» личных данных рабсиян. Администрирование такого бота согласно поправкам может караться тюремным заключением. После принятия закона бот сильно урезал функционал, убедилась ASTRA: из «Глаза бога» пропала выдача с указанием используемых для пробива утечек, адреса, подробный поиск по ФИО без даты рождения и многие другие функции.

«С сегодняшнего дня информация в моих системах значительно ограничена», — подтвердил изданию МSK1.ru создатель «Глаза бога» Евгений Антипов. 

«Глаз бога» «считается одним из самых полных и лояльным властям: слабовики не скрывают, что используют его в оперативной работе», — написал журналист-расследователь Андрей Захаров. Он добавил, что принятый сегодня Госдумой закон независимые СМИ называют «законом против журналистов-расследователей», так как они многие годы используют утечки данных и боты по типу «Глаза бога» для расследований коррупции и деятельности рабсийских спецслужб.
