> From whence do thoughts originate?
The question and answer are one in the same.
What lies between is observation.
Just two sides of the same coin.
If you still have an "inner voice" in your head narrating your thoughts, that is your current limit. You are forcing everything into observation, in which you are lost between the question and the answer. Once you learn to drop this voice and just know, you see thought becomes instant.
As John Locke said: the difference between man and beast is the ability to think abstractly. A dog sees the light turn on and just thinks "now it is light." If there is a common event, like you coming home, it associates that. A human questions WHY? HOW? A human is able to create new knowledge.
The difference between man and beast that allows this? The soul.
Think about this for a while. It is hard to communicate on such matters, for I can teach you nothing. I can only provide the impetus and resources for you to teach yourself.
P.S. Should I be tagging these or you folks able to recognize me, yet?
