With McGonigal facing serious federal criminal charges in two different districts, the incentive for him to seek a deal with the government is high. Given his involvement in the decision to launch Crossfire Hurricane and his later involvement in at least portions of the investigation, he may just have something to offer Special Counsel John Durham.

And McGonigal may have just the attorney to cut that deal: Seth DuCharme. DuCharme is listed as McGonigal’s attorney of record in court filings, and emails released pursuant to FOIA requests show DuCharme previously worked for Durham.

Whether McGonigal has anything of value to Durham, however, remains to be seen."

U.S. — The Pentagon officially went ahead with their plan to shoot down the Chinese spy balloon as it was getting too close to Ukraine's borders, sources confirmed Saturday.
"We sent a strong message to China," said Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin. "So long as the spy balloon stayed over America, we had peace. But the moment that spy balloon got a little too close to Ukraine - boom! We had to take it out."
General Austin proudly reported that the most high-tech missile defense systems in the world had been waiting to blow up the balloon for days. Forget about the writing on the bottom of the video, what she's claiming is true! Pfizer was found guilty of making misleading statements about the safety of jabbing kids. The ruling was issued by The Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (PMCPA) which is the regulatory body responsible for the complaints procedures against the Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry in the UK.

Pfizer appealed the ruling, but lost their appeal on several key issues. They are guilty of misleading the public about the safety of jabbing kids.

This isn't a criminal matter, and I'm not sure what consequences Pfizer will face from having this ruling issued by this UK regulatory body, but they have been found guilty of Breaching Clauses 6.1 6.2 26.2 for the bullshit they spread in a BBC interview. The ruling says that "sanctions applied" but don't specify what those sanctions were.
