DARPA Using Aerosolized Nanoparticles To Dumb Down America For Mind Control Subjugation

Our “friends” at DARPA have been busy making nightmares into reality for a long time. The story of the permanent destruction of humanity begins with the unlikely name of Dr. William Casebeer.

Dr. Bill, as his fellow diabolist Dr. James Giordano calls him, set up a project called Narrative Networks at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). This was an attempt to refine a means of changing people’s beliefs with messages. Media strategies, slogans, symbols and memes as a means of building a network of government friendly narratives to replace the stories people may otherwise tell – about everything.

It is a means of protecting power from the consequences of comparison with reality. It was quaintly described in 2011 as a means to a mastery of propaganda, whose aim to brainwash whole populations was fanciful because it was impossible.

This is no longer the case. The technology has improved to make this technique a mere footnote. The focus has shifted from the virtual to the actual. The battle for reality will no longer be restricted to displays on screen. The battlefield of the future is the brain. Yours. 

Dr. James Giordano begins his enthusiastic sales pitch for his technological zombie apocalypse with a warning. His audience of young US military types is told:

"What I’m going to hear is not applause at the end but the slamming shut of your sphincters with fear. That’s good."

He is a man without a past, with no record of his life that I can discover on the internet. He appears to have sprung from the machine he adores, his name entrained with credentialed honors. Each title he owns is a euphemism for evil. 

Giordano is working to make real a prediction from fifty years ago:

"Speaking of a future at most only decades away, an experimenter in intelligence control asserted, ‘I foresee a time when we shall have the means and therefore, inevitably, the temptation to manipulate the behavior and intellectual functioning of all the people through environmental and biochemical manipulation of the brain.’" (Zbigniew Brzezinski, ‘Between Two Ages: Americas Role in the Technetronic Era’ 1972)

What Giordano is selling is the exciting means of controlling minds with deniable technologies. This includes bioweapons and nanotechnology to allow for the remote implantation and extraction of thoughts. Transcranial electronic stimulation by means of aerosolized nanoparticles — phrases like this litter Giordano’s lecture. He revels in these cascades of jargon, showing with the prolixity of the peacock an effective means of safely uttering atrocious ideas. This is unsurprising, as he proudly announces he has also been tasked with: “creating a lexicon, a nomenclature that would be able to define these [things] in more precise ways.”

By “more precise ways’” he means “making the hellish attractive.” He is doing the Devil’s work, and has written a diabolic dictionary to describe it. Let us see what he means by means by: “Transcranial electronic stimulation by means of aerosolized nanoparticles.” 

This means they are making clouds of tiny mind control machines for you to inhale without knowing.

The list of euphemized atrocities continues, which breaks down into three main areas. The creation of new devices, like tiny machines on the scale of dust. The development of new drugs, allowing for the thrilling ‘dual use’ of medical technology in the battlespace of the brain. This also includes the repurposing of medical brain imaging and implants to allow Giordano to extract your thoughts and replace them with his, which all seem to be about himself. 

I think this is an important observation. This man shares an easily injured vanity with the entire class of insincere smilers. This type of person – whose public face is the product of rehearsal – sees human emotion and expression as a mask to be adopted for better results. We are governed by people with the morals of Leatherface, whose aim is to have us apply the chainsaw to ourselves.

The final strand is the development of novel bioweapons, which, when combined with the use of psychological operations, allows you to: “target individuals …and direct attribution …or use covert engagement with non attribution…”

This means that people can be affected by remote mind weapons whose very existence can be denied. The mere suggestion that this is possible raises a sensible eyebrow. It is not hard to see how midwit opinion will be mobilized to laugh off the means of its own manufacture. When government by implant is achieved, organized disagreement will be a thing of the past.

Giordano regales his audience with the merits of sponsoring medical research, whose advances in "non-invasive" transcranial stimulation (which it completely invasive) will permit the remote control of your mind. 

If this sounds sensationalist, consider also the development of “novel neuroweapons.” This remarkable sequence in one of Giordano’s most infamous presentations shows him breathlessly introduce “In-close pharmaceuticals and organic neurotoxins.”

Which means, drugs and bugs to be used at close range to the “targeted individuals.” These include: “ultra low dose agents for use in targeting diplomatic/local culture ‘hearts and minds’ scenarios.”

In short, they will stop your heart and break your mind. The purpose of these projects is to render people unstable and undesirable by every means from altering medical records to shaping opinion through information and inducing symptoms of mental illness.

Giordano is extremely pleased with himself to reduce humanity to the metaphor of a machine to be sabotaged. He is the kind of person who sees ethics as a weapon of the enemy, and in fact says so himself, before going on to explain how “Neurovascular haemorrhagic agents…”  — things that cause internal bleeding — can be used for “in-close and population use as ‘stroke epidemic’ induction agents.”

A “stroke epidemic” you say? What a remarkable coincidence for the war criminals who want to depopulate and enslave the world.

Full spectrum combat across the digital landscape, however, will only intensify, as a new report from the Brookings Institution, a key player in the censorship industrial complex, demonstrates.

Reams of internal documents, known as the Twitter Files, show that social media censorship in recent years was far broader and more systematic than even we critics suspected. Homeland Security created the Election Integrity Partnership (EIP) – including the Stanford Internet Observatory, the University of Washington’s Center for an Informed Public, and the Atlantic Council’s DFRLab – which flagged for social suppression tens of millions of messages posted by American citizens.

Even former high government US officials got in on the act – appealing directly (and successfully) to Twitter to ban mischief-making truth-tellers. 

With the total credibility collapse of legacy media over the last 15 years, people around the world turned to social media for news and discussion. When social media then began censoring the most pressing topics, such as Covid-19, people increasingly turned to podcasts. Physicians and analysts who’d been suppressed on Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube, and who were of course nowhere to be found in legacy media, delivered via podcasts much of the very best analysis on the broad array of pandemic science and policy.

Which brings us to the new report from Brookings, which concludes that one of the most prolific sources of ‘misinformation’ is now – you guessed it – podcasts. "Due in large part to the say-whatever-you-want perceptions of the medium, podcasting offers a critical avenue through which unsubstantiated and false claims proliferate. As the terms are used in this report, the terms “false claims,” “misleading claims,” “unsubstantiated claims” or any combination thereof are evaluations by the research team of the underlying statements and assertions grounded in the methodology laid out below in the research design section and appendices. Such claims, evidence suggests, have played a vital role in shaping public opinion and political behavior. Despite these risks, the podcasting ecosystem and its role in political debates have received little attention for a variety of reasons, including the technical difficulties in analyzing multi-hour, audio-based content and misconceptions about the medium."

To analyze the millions of hours of audio content, Brookings used natural language processing to search for key words and phrases. It then relied on self-styled fact-checking sites Politifact and Snopes – pause for uproarious laughter…exhale – to determine the truth or falsity of these statements. Next, it deployed a ‘cosine similarity’ function to detect similar false statements in other podcasts. 

The result: “conservative podcasters were 11 times more likely than liberal podcasters to share claims 'fact'-checked as false or unsubstantiated.”

What would the Brookings methodology, using a different set of fact checkers, spit out if applied to CNN, the Washington Post, the FDA, CDC, or hundreds of blogs, podcasts, TV doctors, and “science communicators,” who got nearly everything wrong?

The collapse of support for free speech among Western pseudo-elites is the foundation of so many other problems, from medicine to war. Misinformation is the natural state of the world. Open science and vigorous debate are the tools we deploy to become less wrong over time. Individual and collective decision-making depend on them. Totalitarians cannot co-exist with open science and vigorous debate, and that is why they wish to squash it.

However, many area residents are painting a far different picture of the reality on the ground. One family who lives outside of the designated “danger of death” zone has been experiencing aggressive symptoms, including coughing up blood, and decided to flee their home to protect their health."


"Kelly said her family experienced burning noses and lips, severe headaches, chest congestion and sore throats within 24 hours of the incident. Nathan described his symptoms to the media: “The day after the derailment I started having symptoms, almost like Covid symptoms, like someone was pushing down on my chest. I had very strong pressure.

“Throughout the day it started getting severe. I had a very bad cough, very bad feeling in my lungs and throat. And the following day it got worse.”

Kelly, who works as a chemical lab technician, noted: “You have all these chemicals that reacted when they hit each other, then they reacted when they heated up and then they reacted again from the rain.

“So when it heats up it turns to chloride, when it rains it turns to an acid. There could be tens of thousands of compounds that this has turned into and you just don’t know what you are dealing with.”

The couple say they bought the property with the intention of living there forever, but now they fear the land will never recover.

The main chemical of concern here is dioxins, which were created by the vinyl chloride combustion process and are in the area’s air, water, soil and homes. They are expected to make their way into the crops and livestock that people eat. They move easily through the environment and were likely deposited on surrounding agricultural land as well. These chemicals are known carcinogens and endocrine disruptors.
More than 43,000 animals have died

State officials admitted yesterday that the derailment may have killed more than 43,000 amphibians, crustaceans, fish and other aquatic animals. Some residents have reported finding dead roosters, rabbits and foxes, with animals like pigs becoming ill with strange symptoms.

In addition to the carcinogenic dioxins that poisoned the area, there are also concerns about the presence of toxic PFAS from firefighting foam at the crash site, which likely contaminated soil and water and does not break down in the environment. And, what we are hearing about now is just the beginning; the effects of this disaster could well impact people in the area for generations to come."

The plane crash occurred shortly after takeoff in Arkansas on Wednesday, with the five CTEH colleagues on their way to investigate the deadly explosion in Ohio. The five deceased have been identified as Gunter Beaty, Kyle Bennett, Micah Kendrick, Sean Sweeney and Glenmarkus Walker.

The plane was on its way to investigate the explosion at the I. Schumann & Co metal manufacturing plant in Bedford, Ohio, which sent smoke billowing into the sky that could be seen for miles around. The blast killed one and injured at least 13 people, with all of those injured being on site and the falling debris sparing those at neighboring businesses.

The board included in its statement what it is aware of so far which clearly warrants this internal audit to ensure your hard-earned, and graciously donated, money is utilized appropriately. We hope to know more details around this soon.
3) Concern with employment laws/workplace safety regarding appropriate treatment of the employees was based, in part, on his interaction with senior staff in a Leadership call on January 31, 2023. Staff across multiple departments were ready to leave PV immediately if his conduct remained unaddressed.
Project Veritas has had 140 employees leave the company over the last seven years, some through their own volition, others were terminated, and the organization has incurred legal expenditures because of some of those terminations/actions. 20 of the 140 employees were in management positions leading to potential succession plan issues to assure the long-term viability of the company.
James’ “removal” was not a removal. He specifically said he did not resign, and the board did not fire him. The board placed him on a temporary suspension until the audit was completed. The board wanted him to delegate management of staff to the department heads so he can focus his true talent, efforts, and best use of his time on the journalism/stories and less on the day-to-day personnel management.
He has been invited, but has chosen not to, engage in conversations with the board and management following steps taken so far with the goal of returning to Project Veritas. Instead, he requested no change in authority and that most of the officers and all of the board of directors immediately resign.
For what it’s worth, there are 60+ of us here at PV who remain passionately dedicated to James’ mission. It is what brought all of us together. While we cannot control online narratives, and unfortunately cannot chime in to individually defend ourselves in the public sphere at present, we can assure you we remain steadfast and determined to expose corruption.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday will hear oral arguments in a pair of challenges to President Biden’s far-reaching initiative that would forgive nearly half a trillion dollars in student loan debt.

The proposal has exposed yet another fault line in American society, between those who believe the White House has the legal authority to cancel loan debt and faces a moral imperative to do so and those who consider it a grave and unaffordable overextension of executive authority.

Chicago mayoral election: 2 finalists may not be known for days as mail-in ballots are counted

CHICAGO - After months of campaigning and more than $24 million in spending, the decision on who will lead Chicago for the next four years is finally in the hands of voters.

An April 4 mayoral runoff is virtually guaranteed. A nine-candidate field is almost certain to prevent any one candidate from receiving more than 50% of the vote.

It’s even possible the two mayoral finalists won’t be known for a few days, as mail-in ballots are still being counted. The same is true for most, if not all, the hotly-contested aldermanic races.

The high probability for delayed results stems from the number of mail-ballots.

The Chicago Board of Election Commissioners processed 214,000 vote-by-mail applications, but only 102,000 of those ballots had been returned as of noon Monday.

Roughly 20,000 were expected to be returned at drop-boxes on Monday, according to board spokesperson Max Bever. And all mail ballots received by 7 p.m. Monday — either by mail or returned at one of 52 drop boxes at early voting sites — will be counted on election night, he said.

That leaves roughly 80,000 to 90,000 vote-by-mail ballots that won’t be immediately reflected in election night results.

Technically, the election board will count all mail ballots it receives by March 14, if they were postmarked by election day. That’s also the cutoff to count provisional ballots cast by voters who went to the wrong precinct.

The official proclamation of winners comes right after that.

Chicagoans shouldn’t have to wait that long to identify combatants in the April 4 mayoral runoff. But if the margin between the second- and third-place finishers is close, it still will take days to decide the runoff contenders.

"It may take until this weekend to get the majority of the vote by mail ballots counted and those votes reflected in the results," Bever said.

"The citywide campaign may not need to wait around for the extra 200 or 300 votes to be counted. They’re probably just looking for the majority of that vote by mail. We’ll get those over the next three to four days after election night. That generally happens by that Saturday or Sunday after the election."

But in some City Council races, a winner might not be decided until after March 14, "because those races are much, much closer" with margins "into the double-digits or the single-digits.

Senator Joseph McCarthy and a friend and mentor to Donald J. Trump, Roy Cohn. 

Early in 1954, the U.S. Army accused McCarthy and his chief counsel, Roy Cohn, of improperly pressuring the army to give favorable treatment to G. David Schine, a former aide to McCarthy and a friend of Cohn's, who was then serving in the army as a private. The Senate took the accusation of a Senator pressuring the Army on behalf of one soldier seriously and held an investigative committee to determine whether or not the Army's accusation against McCarthy was true. McCarthy accused the Army of cooking up charges against him because he was hunting communists in the Army. What followed was a live televised broadcast of probably the best Senate hearing ever put on film. Some of the events of this hearing were released in a movie ten years later, in 1964, called, "Point of Order." It is a very educational and surprisingly very kek-worthy piece of American history.

There are years of scientific papers and financial funding relating to covid research in and around Wuhan before the big outbreak in 2019/2020 which makes it the most likely source of the disease. The Department of Defense announced eight defense contracts on Wednesday. Worth $198.4 million in total, the contracts ranged in value by a factor of 10 -- from as much as $80 million to as little as $7.7 million. Yet it was that very smallest of the eight contracts awarded yesterday that was the most interesting.

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) awarded Pfizer (NYSE:PFE) a $7.7 million contract to research whether it might be possible to "identify and subsequently induce the production of protective antibodies to an emerging pathogen directly in an infected or exposed individual."

The traditional method of "curing" a disease -- from which DARPA is deviating -- involves extracting a pathogen, isolating its antigen, and using that antigen to create a vaccine in vitro. This vaccine is then injected into a patient to stimulate his or her immune system to fight off subsequent exposures to the pathogen. DARPA, however, appears to be tasking Pfizer with finding a shortcut, whereby all of this would happen in vivo, within the patient's body, thus dramatically cutting the time between the discovery of a pathogen and the military's ability to treat it. Incidentally, if Pfizer is successful in this work, its research could have significant applications in the civilian world as well.

Pfizer's DARPA contract will run through Dec. 8, 2016.
