Nudify / Inpainting Locally

Any advice on SIMPLE programs to nudify / inpaint pictures?  I was using Promeai but they crippled their site with word filters.  I've tried to install Stable Diffusion, Comfyai, Easy Diffusion, IOPaint, etc and none of them run without tons of errors and cluttering up my HHD with Python shit that doesn't work.
