Yeah I have tried it. I have tried keto, carnivore, veganism, vegetarian, regular diet. I think fruitarianism might be the best diet for humans. It's on one of the first pages of the bible where it says that people should consider all plants that contain seeds their food. Diet is very interesting I think. I have been wondering about what the right diet is for a long time, but I think everything points to fruitarianism. Fruitarianism is just eating fruit, not really plants like a vegan, although fruitarian is technically a subsection of veganism. You often hear people say good things about carnivore, but I think the main reason those people are feeling much better and healthier is not that carnivore by itself is good, but rather the fact that they cut out other unhealthy foods that they had been eating before. If you only eat steak with butter every day you don't consume any slop that poisons your body.
