Finasteride stops hair loss due to a targeted antiandrogen effect, so it wouldn't surprise me if HRT antiandrogens did the same. It only has modest effects wrt hair regrowth, though.

Yes it will, but depending on person the cure often turns out incomplete.
While finasteride and dutasteride just stop hairloss in large part of the population (and reverse it in some, while do nothing for others), the HRT (partial - antiandrogen only or normal = AA + estrgens) regrows some hair.

Also it lowers gray matter volume and enlarges brain ventricles, though trannies are reluctant to tell you about it.
