Refer to the maps in the first post. These qualities also directly correspond to geographical poles, so 
north = hyper perception
south primordial thinking
west = ancient perspectives
east = new perspectives
and so on.
If you do Sadhguru's Isha Kriya meditation for example you are to face east. This is intentional to give you new perspectives; your mental alignment will drift to the east pole on the map and the effect may last as long as 2 days after one 15 min practice session if done with focus. It's this effective.
The middle is always your place of birth. The waves as such are to be understood as development over time. So the most likely is that you are thinking somewhere in the north/west quadrant which is future projection. To return back and find the zero you should take a moment to think back at the earlies memories you have. The closer you get to your birth, the closer you are to the zero in the middle.
Once you have mentally located your birth, you can try to manifest different waves by changing your imagined path of life. Use visualizations until you can sync them with your real life progression.

The lyran wave is a more coherent version of the "drunken" wave. Here it's shown as white, while the red is a way to handle it and not lose control. If you only have the drunken wave you lose your perspective. This means being literally drunk or punch drunk from getting hit in the head while boxing.
Lyrans have the "wavy" laid back type of walk, and act a bit like they are on drugs. This is illustrated with the "lyran high" wave here, this is an extreme version of they mental state if they overdo it. The straighness of the wave is what creates coherence. It's like smoking so much you get immune and learn to handle it, then creating a culture around this.

Drown have a similar kind of thinking in the straight aspect. They have made brutality and violence coherent instead of being high. Compare the waves "lyran drunken" (pink), "lyran devotion" (yellow) with the drow "legal rape" and "slaughterhouse" and you can see that they are very similar both in form and placement. 
The difference is in the color of the energy and the arrangement. Drows are sharp and extreme, lyrans are soft and warm. But both have massive organizations and can create strength through sociality.

Greys use their remote and cloud, while reptilians use a system called ScaleForm (it looks a bit like Windows 3.11 and uses fax as the main long distance communication).
When expressed as djinn waves they look like that. Elephants are benevolent versions of the mammoth attached to this post. This is a very dangerous wave. Do no mindlessly imitate this one. But it's likely many people have this one already so posting it now may make them become aware.

The mammoth starts at zero, moves to "new perspectives", then back through "perception alteration" and then down to "history/identity" where it replaces the real history with a fabricated version, it then moves up west into "future projection". This is how communism functions. It offers new perspectives, alters your perception of reality, makes you understand your identity from within its own doctrine and then sets you off to create communism as a future vision. Most people in the word are controlled by this wave. It's the reason they can not learn from history, and why they can not see reality.

It's also used to make people accept the covid measures with no criticism. The perception alteration was described by Orwell in "1984" where the main character is brainwashed to see 4 fingers when the interrogator holds up 5, only because he was told to see 4. This is what is happening in the world right now.

The mammoth is also used by the 14 eyes spy organization and its branches, by UK satanist cults and by secret societies in general. They have brainwashed themselves and can no longer perceive reality correctly. This is their weakness and the reason why Sunflower can use clear awareness to defeat them.

Is that the perceptive alteration is smaller, and the historical revisionism doesn't hide reality. The loop ensures that it's instead a correct interpretation of history applied within the chosen doctrine. The mammoth instead works by rewriting history and forcing its interpretation into its own template.

These waves are to illustrate the similarity between vampires and angels. In fact, accoring to djinn, vampires are actually technically speaking angels.
This is manifested in two aspects:
1) values and culture frozen in time, no tolerance for changes
2) idealism and zealotry in defending said values

The vampire guide here is a benevolent wave manifested by an older matron in relation to the fledgling.
The vampire temple is the wave for exactly what it sounds like.
The angel waves are for different types of archangels. Note the similarity to the vampire temple. 
The halo formation is a sign of ethereal thinking and detachment from desire. When placed away from the center it can lead to perceived insanity if not properly grounded (connected to middle).
