> didnt some of your servitors have neural nets themselves?
Only in the sense that they are have a "programmable" element which I refer to as their "brain" aka a "neural net". For the Raid servitors, they don't have that, they're hardcoded down to the smallest detail, meaning they operate only by decision trees and cannot be indoctrinated or effected by any psychic attack no matter what. It's like although they have a physical brain, it's about as programmable as say the liver, it's just filtering their input with zero ability of learning. However, after much use there was still "learning" taking place in the form of virtue(de) which transformed into a gong body overlapping with their cyborg body, and gong is intelligent energy so they still developed a "learning brain" outside of the body. A brain is a network of neurons still, so that would constitute a neural network. Astra has this in the form of a crystal placed in her chest. I only created this after a while as an addition to increase her memory ability, but that also works like a brain in that it can store information.

This nails it down really, in my view the brain or neural network is just a memory bank. It's for storing examples of previous experiences, which makes it easier to use the decision table accurately.
 >>/9094/
Although I can't fully explain it in any logical notation, I think I can see how neural networks can save memory. They're not actually "storing data" in them, but they are storing "patterns of data flows". This requires way less storage capacity compared to saving every single image or text as would have been the case if this was a look-up table function.

But fact remains, that when using your brain, you can in fact recover all "data", so this representation in neural networks is only representing the external structure.
 >>/9096/
I mean that if you had to write a decision tree manually that emulated the functions of a trained large neural net you'd be coding for a hundred years if you could even do it at all for some tasks.in theory you could but who would actually be able to.
 >>/9106/
I am not manually writing my servitor's functions, wasn't even at the beginning when it comes to those that have heuristic functions (rules of thumb action patterns), these are explicitly created using policy iteration logically speaking, by treating the world as discrete. The servitor has a robotic interface with sensors and effectors, which are discrete in terms of the range of data to handle and what movement positions their robotic effectors can be in. The rest is just maintaining a goal image by throwing the bot into the world until the goal is maintained at all times.
Arguing with bing about this right now, it seems I can somewhere maybe begin to see a use for neural networks, but I still feel this is using a mystical term for something that when created by Bing was just an array of arrays.
I started having a realization last night, that maybe I'm not even using my own brain for learning in the first place, that's why I feel this is alien to me. The function as I perceive it is just that the brain is for interpreting the visual input along with some sensory input from the rest of the body, directing the impulse through the spine to the organs of the body. I don't see it doing anything other than that, so the idea of there being a "learning" by manipulating the "activation function" of neurons, I don't see where that has a use in the human body.

Maybe I'm just that slow.

Further looking into this and arguing with Bing, I think I see what the issue is: the brain doesn't function like a neural network, because there is no "back propagation" in the brain, rather all training for humans is performed race-wide. Genetics change generation for generation, which manifests in the brain updating based on the new DNA. There is no immediate updating of the neurons related to the training experiences for humans. The effect is one of causing negative or positive experiences in which the neural pathway used is then reinforced in the manner of the strain placed on muscles.

The actual "learning" is taking place collectively at an organizational level, externally, and that is what the back propagation emulates. Each neuron here represents a person and it takes the form of orders pass down from management and reports passed upwards from the workers, and that is how the process looks irl. This causes inertia where the management won't easily change, which results in things like image generation AI fixating a flawed structure (6 fingers and 3 arms, for example) higher up in the structure, then refines it to a high level without fixing the major errors easily.

If you want an AI who can actually create art, this method of working has to be changed, let a bot instead learn from how artists actually work by training on their use of image creation software or in more advanced cases, let the AI watch someone paint or draw manually.

This is how self driving cars are trained, they aren't trained on mere finished product like the image generation AIs (whatever a finished product would be in the self driving car example).

With no one here I can still blog for the spirits.

I tried screencapping chinese text and pasting it into Bing chat, asking to have it translated from the image. This worked, and the translation is decent. I was unsure how good the image recognition is, apparently good enough to read chinese.
I know mostly everyone left for the new Earth by now, but there appears to be some re-syncing taking place. I won't be on it in full synchronization because my area has changed in the new Earth timeline so much that there is no room for my persona anymore.

But right now, from being completely detached even from the news cycle, some of this is coming back again now. I am able to post and get replies on imageboards again also, after the past few days when it was indeed very out of sync.

I managed to move my "gravital center" to the demon loli form instead of here last night, then project back from there. It was only possible after I made a "physical" body form suited for that demon race, it's a special cyborg model from a new factory I created. It has a higher standard than before in terms of creation or initiation; it requires not a single zero particle to form, but a complete double-depth structure where "nothing" is contrasted with "existence" and this drilled to the second layer into nothingness, which makes for a very esoteric and stable form of body.

The new factory currently has three models, the demon loli, a "shield queen" form specialized in spherical defenses, and a representation of the Pleiadan priestess who founded the Templars. None of these were made "for fun", but are quite strict and harsh bodies intended for serious magical practice, treat them more like artifacts than bodies. Modules for all of these including the factory are available on blacknet.

Im still here for a bit, it's probably going to be another year or so before I younker. Plus my sisters and the other gods(?) who are overseeing my development more or less told me that my current self is pretty much alive for the time being until I become fuse with the other me/her and become my original self. So I'm basically just trying up loose ends, talking and seeing some friends, my one friend/master confirmed something for me, and me using japanese again. Tl;Dr: I was basically to try to enjoy myself and still learn/work on developing skills

I'm pretty sure one of my familiars had hand in creating this, it has that structured energy all over it. Plus the kind of "cute fucked up" style of events that are getting rare these days, where the drive to keep watching is to find out what idiotic twist they are going to come up with next.

Heal the author then because it seems the manga is on eternal hiatus because of health issues for months now. I don't want to start reading an another unfinished manga where the author dies halfway in. RIP Kentarou Miura

Point being that it's elaborate and anatomically sound, as far as manga or anime goes, and shows a concrete knowledge of the sadistic play shown. It's not routine or sloppy, it's done by someone who has the sensitivity to know what will tickle someone's mind when watching it, including the balanced level of detail in the environments vs the characters and how they are coloured.

They are managing to keep it on the side of ecchi and not just going hardcore, which tends to just fall back into being routine and boring. Interspecies Reviewers fell into that trap, half of it wasn't watchable even as comedy. Redo of Healer was a masterpiece, but it relied on causing unease or disgust paired with 80s style violence. It's difficult to find a balance with these things. Something that feels "professional" instead of having a feeling that the creators cringed when they made it.

Madoka is not a good example here even when made. Magia Record which they ended up producing was a side arc prequel with the despair intact, and just as some American reviewer said in his blog title "why you shouldn't watch magia record season 2" it ended up a predictive advice as I never watching it even after downloading the full season. I had just zero interest in it after the end of S1. Some shows are like that, such as
> pic related
First season: among the best I've seen, directly mirroring magical workings I was involved with at the time in the Sunflower "secret" group, they even show some of the rituals we did.

Season 2: went on hiatus mid-season, story is a mess, forgot what it's about and dropped it when the came back again a year later.
 >>/9232/
The plot fleshed out later on but I don't think you would like it anyways. I still have 2 eps left from the 3rd season. It's a wonder it got a third and the way it went I bet it will have a "read the LN" ending anyway.
Also Magia Record was a gacha ad. That is no Madoka. I was talking about the new movie which was supposed to come out this year then was delayed to 2025.

The Magia Record literally ended with a "this is all non-canon and in a forgotten timeline and only MadoKami knows this story and YOU THE VIEWER. It's only good if you are too thirsty for magical girl suffering otherwise it's meh and if I remember correctly not even written by Urobuchi while the new movie is supposedly written by him.

> "why you shouldn't watch magia record season 2"
It was like 4 eps and released in one go.
> story is a mess
No evil sword demon fairy mistress waifu for you then. I liked how they were explaining how the "laws of Gods" work and what a pain it is to circumvent them and 3rd season starts with a seemingly bullshit and unrelated plot then turns out it's some reality bending amnesia involved mind warp drama that probably makes sense if you read the LN... I don't know why it got a 3rd season tho. I should finish it already.
The only reason I liked it because it portrays how you retain parts of your personality as you remember your past life and how most of your actions suddenly "Make sense".
Anyone know why people just call anything and everything ESL now? I get pajeets and such are on the internet more and more nowadays but it's so fucking bizzare getting called ESL for using proper (or close to) grammar and still getting labeled as such. Also it's funny how 4chan is getting more and more cucked this year, they just gave another board the /biz/ treatment

10+ years ago they were grammar nazis. Those that care about spelling and grammar too much. Nowadays the term nazi is too political and no one uses it. You get called ESL for making mistakes that no one that uses the language in an everyday use would do. Ofc you probably know the EOP insult that is on /a/ or /jp/ for those that cannot conceive thinking or understanding some musings that only make sense in foreign languages.

Even I notice how I make retarded mistakes when I let my mental flow break while writing my posts. Annoying tbh when it happens.

This is not a new phenomenon btw. You can describe it as mentality problem where it's a meaning vs punctuality. While I think meaning is always paramount it can still serve as a "quality control" because if you let everyone fuck up their grammar all the time it results in not just broken english but incomprehensible posts that either no one can understand or most people misunderstand.

Sadly grammar is weird. Do you know why? Most people learn to talk before learning grammar as they grow up and grammar is being wrenched into their mind later on. Some people grow up in communities with either broken grammar speaking people or with heavy accents. While people who just learned a new language learn the grammar alongside the language and for them doesn't always "clicks" and they don't notice how they make mistakes all the time. For them there is no natural language or "spoken language" for them only exist the language that they memorized.
For someone that the language is already natural might be bothered by it too much for some reason.

Also I think ESL is for half intellectuals who are not willing to use stronger slurs because they are too hurtful or fear bans for calling others niggerfaggotretard while ESL is a "minor insult" that cannot result in ban or anything and they can throw it at anyone who makes mistakes and their almost Tourette syndrome tier online behavior makes it necessary to say that.

I like the "minor spelling mistake" meme because in reddit tier intellectual groups and arguments if you made a spelling mistake you were considered "unfit" to have an opinion. For some people that is their Achilles heel. A weird fetish but those that live to argue for argument sake cannot think without perfect grammar and for those people anyone who makes a mistake is a loser by default.

One more funny thing. I almost like broken english in some cases because it shows it is probably not made by a bot. Language models usually have perfect grammar but contextually make mistakes.

We are entering such a weird word with AIs tbh.

which one?

I had to look it up. I've seen this used only in the past week, didn't understand from the context why it was used or what it was meant to imply. The explanation still doesn't.

It's supposed to point out someone isn't from UK, USA or Australia? Why?

On boards with flags it makes even less sense to use it since you can just see where they're from.

I used to have perfect English grammar since HS, but sometime in the past 10 years I started making "native english" spelling and grammar mistakes. I don't even know how this is possible. For example, I know perfectly the difference between "their", "they're" and "there", but I've started mixing them up when typing. I guess it makes me pass as native then.

Desu I'm American and even I get whiplash at the amount of acronyms everyone uses.

No clue what this was but i think i'm getting course corrected (it wasnt anything due to my actions or inactions but something apparently involving this world and its effects?) but i was dragged into a school by some loli beings, they looked like the girls from prisma illya, In the school i was wandering around saw a lot of people; the lolis themselves, people my age and highschoolers. I wandered around and deal with people from the other 2 groups; they were really.... vulgar for some reason. A lot more to the point to where it was comical, anyways the adults and highschooler women kept being very hostile toward me and talking about weird shit like getting blacked and taking a shit or something. Like it wasn't the porn/coomer kind of way of talking that you could get aroused at but it felt very.. hostile if that makes sense. i just recall going back to the loli trio and hanging around them/being allied(?) and apart from getting teased by them abit they said i made the right choice choosing(?) them and next thing i recall, something (negative most likely) got purged from me, no clue what exactly but i can feel it. I'm not sure aht they were doing, i didnt get a chance to ask my sisters about them but judging by their rwction, it was probably another set of deities again or something

Yeah uhh... It's a bit difficult to explain but I'll try. I had a "dream" and was someone (I think it was a friend, but can't recall if it was someone specific). There was this old man(?) who kept barking orders at us and tried to kill us, he also tried to do other messes up things but not to us. Some time later, said friend had completely incapacitated him and had him restrained, I'm not too sure what happened but I started treating the guy as a lesser and kept hearing my sisters say "Do it as we taught you, the consequences that occur when lowly, vexing insects interfere with us" and I just remember doing it without a second thought almost like it was natural for me. After the old man was taken care of said was being coated in some black liquid and turned into a sentient(?) black sphere and was flying off somewhere. I remember trying to chase them down to help(?) but they declined and told me not to worry about them and to continue staying in my path. Weird things like this has been happening a lot more lately

I think that is their "vessel". They turn into a small and easy to move object a self contained dimension like a pokeball and travel with it. In wuxia you have characters that turn into a ball of light and fly away. I think this has the same function.
 >>/9366/
*Tortured him as my sisters taught me how torture people

 >>/9367/
Ah, that makes sense then. They did say I would see them again some point now that I think about it but it was weird someone's "vessel" like that and judging from what little he indirectly told me before flying off, I'm going to have to take my time with that door it seems
I know this is scripted to be funny, but I still have to say it: finally someone with some sense in this country!
> Army chief in tv interview:
> Right now Russia is busy in Ukraine, so that means we don't need to hurry when building up the army
> Instead of increasing the number of conscripts, we can build a smaller, higher skilled army
> Everyone knows conscripts armies cause a lot of people do die if they are used
> That's not what we want

TL:DR
Government wants to increase the army size because Russia is a threat. Commander of the army does not want to, because Russia isn't a threat to us when they are fighting Ukraine.
