So it seems what took place was this:
Directly after WW2 "ended" with the allies using massive evil to create negative energy to change history, the physical 3D layer was destroyed. They stopped time to prevent German victory, and then human society had to end. So the 3-dimensional plane itself degraded into 2D, hell.
During the 50s and 60s, there was still a chance for humanity to wake up and correct the course of history. They could have accepted the real history and a huge Mandela effect would put everyone back at WW2 again, with the 3rd Reich and Japan coming out victorious. They didn't do this, but instead fabricated huge lies, like the holohoax and the Nüremberg trials, then went on to start the Korea war and the Vietnam war. By the end of the 60s they had reached the bottom of hell, and this was the last moment when they could have turned back.
They didn't, and the physical dimension was then permanently, irreversibly degraded into a state below hell, at -1D. They then built the "new world order" at the karmic plane corresponding to this layer, called --1D, where all the planes up to -4D are represented as false images.
Humans cannot be born if they are not allowed to be physical, so humanity stopped existing and turned into infernal beasts, then insectoids, then viruses. China somehow maintained their wheel of samsara at infernal level, so they remained as hell beasts with a time progression. Europe, USA and the rest of the west stopped time and went straight down into becoming something like viruses.
When ascending back up again, all the karma which was above your personal location must be destroyed along with the beings who took up this space. Some of them retain the form of spy organizations, thinking they are humans, but they are just small astral parasites in different parallel planes by now. Nothing is physical, the closest one can get is astral representations of how history may have looked which exist in parallel dimensions.
When reaching up to what should have been the Earth 3D (or -3D since it's physical), I found it to be at -1D level. It's wilderness, nothing exists, not even continents, it's just a sea covering everything. I recalled having a dream about this in early Falun Gong days. I was in this dream floating on my back in a sea with a strange beige colour, seeing a beige sun and the sky was light brown. I was just floating there and felt no depth below me either.
So this was the real form of the physical, one cannot live there, and any beings who think they do, are simply squatting in parallel planes which retain the general form of what the continents and society may look like. So Gensokyo when creating the new form of the continents, derived the new form from these parallel images, not from the physical, because it does not contain anything except this world wide sea. The "sinking of Europe" then becomes a non-issue, more correctly it's the rising of the other continents which took place, everything already sank in 1969.
