I think Endchan is probably the best Imageboard in its build. You can actually control your board properly. By default however it is kind of ugly looking the website, the reply posts are spaced too far apart and things like that.
But it doesn't really matter because social internet just doesn't work, it's always just terrible. I mean it's find for the "casuals" or whatever, but for the Netizen it has been awful, the Netizen idea has failed.
