Spoilers from those 2 chapters: Basically a trap who sucks at doing manly things and who is always teased by girls for that, wants to become more manly. So he gets an injection that will let him change his life and become his ideal self (he thinks this means more manly.) Of course he turns into a girl.

In chapter 2 the class leader says she was always looking at him and that she wishes he had been a girl, kisses him without knowing he has changed (she seems to be a lesbian). Then she ets infected and turns into a guy too.

An old granny becomes a mahou shojo.  According to EM003, in chapter 9 the guy turns into a magical girl.

Dunno about all of them, but unless he changed imprints, Ore to Hero to Mahou Shoujo is from Comic Polaris. Maybe they have a sharing agreement?

S-Rare has the MC fight with the girls at times, which involves him becoming essentially a mahou shoujo look. IMHO his face still stays pretty mannish and its usage is pretty much an after-thought to the story. (Which is why I had such a hard time reading Sekai no Hatede Aimashou: Became a girl and his face didn't change at all. Man-face is a turn off for me)

the best I can do still is spend lots of time finding the characters, then trying to MTL them sentence by sentence to understand roughly whats going on :(
