This is talking about the broader implications. Fentanyl deaths are wiping out the foolish druggie girls who are going through a hard drug phase that many (at least 60%) bounce back from rather than slip deeper and deeper.

Just name your daughter something like Elsa-Jean or Alli-Rae.  Something easy to pronounce, but memorable.

There's over 30,000 girls/women named Ciara in the world.  The name doesn't belong to Ciara Horan.  In fact, if you google "Ciara" all that pops up are pics of picrel.

So in 12 or 13 years, when some 12 or 13 yo girl named Ciara googles her first name, the chances of anything on Ciara Horan popping up are close to zero.

I think the name is pretty much scandal-free.
