that is dangerous, those dogs aren't as inherently bad as people think but they are more dangerous than most other dogs. you should think about calling it in and requesting that he has an involuntary psych hold or gets "sectioned" as it's called here. if something goes wrong you will feel guilty for not intervening when you could've, even though calling the police is gay. sometimes it's the right move
