Do you neets have a fixed warm up routine for lifting? I always do warmup sets, starting with just the bar, along with some dynamic stretching which mostly involves me spazzing about and going by feel.

 >>/787343/
I do some casual stretching (basically just lift my arms up and out and other very basic moves) then I start with the empty bar and then I go to my full weight. Nothing in-between.

I don't have the patience for anything else.

I've done some amateur repairs on my glasses after bending them out of shape during a goon slumber. Managed to get the lens to sit right only when the the screw holding the lens seat thing is completely undone, they were that fucking bent.
Will go to specsavers tomorrow to see if they can fix them properly, surprisingly they have some pairs as low as $39 on their site. Hopefully I don't need another eye test, its fucking gay how they can't just copy the prescriptions right off the lens you bring in. Jewish medicine, all of it. Probably would have been fine if I never got the first pair.

Say it ain't so
I will not go
Turn the lights off
Carry me home
Na-na, na-na, na-na, na-na, na, na
Na-na, na-na, na-na, na-na, na, na
Na-na, na-na, na-na, na-na, na, na
Na-na, na-na, na-na, na-na, na, na

Last fortnight I declared my working hours but no pay, because I hadn't been paid and didn't know how much it would be.
Should I just declare the pay and no working hours this time to balance it out?
Need a handler for these things

Yes I noticed that on one of mine several months ago.
It is so stupid to try and make us have place names that are not in our own language. We can't even say them right and they do not roll of the tongue.
Abo names have a ludicrous and cringe element too. Flubbawubbajuba. Embarrassing. I won't say them.

 >>/787570/
i have to go to the bank and pull more money out for him
he'll effectively get a free day's wage as he's not showing up on sunday
i think i'm going to get somebody else to finish the job... I'm up to about $20,000 outlay for some gray paint and a few patched cracks

114.1kg on the scales this morning. Had a chilli tuna sandwich for lunch, a fibre one caramel brownie and a snacksize pack of red rock delis sweet chilli chips. Had one of those low calorie icecream tubs from aldi that I was saving for dessert but unfortunately I got stuck into it. Already logged salt and pepper squid with tartare sauce and one of those premade salad bowls for dinner. 1640cals for the day.

Tomorrow night on womboflix, Sylvester Stallone and not-too-old Sharon Stone star in The Specialist (1994), with stallone building bombs and blowing people up for various reasons.

Then on Sunday, The Mission (1986), a period drama film about the experiences of a Jesuit missionary in 18th-century South America. With Bobby De Niro, Jezza Irons and Liam Neeson.

I don't believe the books make mention pidser, but I have a sneaking suspicion Bond would decry it altogether (with some racist quip) or would say that only one particular type like a Margarita would be acceptable subject to being prepared in a strict manner.

This woman used her phone to film her laptop playing Gilmore Girls, and then took screenshots on her phone. Is she just retarded or does netflix or whatever have DRM that prevents you from taking a screenshot?

Bought some pink moscato. Had a chat with an old lady there about moscato. She said she sometimes buys rose by accident because she doesn't read the label she just looks at the bottle. I find this rather sweet for some reason. She had similarly povo tastes to me lol.
Back on the Gilmore Girls.

Bans, even rangebans, are generally ineffective on imageboards due to VPNs. The user can spin up a new IP, blend in and keep posting. The thing with nuro though is that he only comes here for the attention. He needs to identify himself to get this attention at which point he can be banned.
If the effort to ban him is sustained and there is a prohibition on interacting with his posts (dickriding/provocation) other than reporting them, then even he will eventually give up and move on to discord.

 >>/787866/
You can't really blame nuro because he's a retard, the problem is actually that neets keep feeding him.

We could forcibly disappear him, by word filtering his name, banning neets who refer to him, and creating a nurospam filter

 >>/787866/
When my last real ban on him was successful, I also regularly deleted his bike/mexican/record pics and his spergout posts. He quickly lost interest after that.
He comes heres at a predictable time most days, just one big attention grab.
His other hugboxes probably don't give a shit about anything he posts so he has to get his fix on multiple forums

One troll here is so massively cringe that the other users put flags in their posts so they aren't mistaken for they/it. Normal NEETs dont want to reply to anonymous shitposts in case they give this faggot a (You). Overall this board has cancer that no one wants to stir up.

Just updated my running tally.
This bullshit has cost $23,293.68 so far. Of that, Bill has cost $11,806.45: 9 installments of $1300.00, plus $106.45 for one time when he actually bought some paint during the week. Food and drink is probably another $500.

This article is misleading
> ‘Boycott’: Online fury at Froth Brewery Perth’s no-cash rule
> >The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission states “businesses do not have to accept cash” and can choose which payment method they prefer.

I can imagine this happens:

> Card surcharges
> >In general, businesses can charge a surcharge for paying with a credit, debit or prepaid card, but there are rules around what businesses can include in calculating these costs.
> >If there is no way for a consumer to pay without paying a surcharge, the business must include the minimum surcharge payable in the displayed price for its products.

They cant seize cash if its in your pocket. Digital currency can be simply switched off and converted into UNbux without your consent or under coercion.

Back on the conspiracy podcasts.

This says more about the grenades (probably homemade firecrackers) than warriors.
You're right though, they're onto women and thirteen year old boys now, as every man of fighting age has been obliterated. Zalenski still wont pick up a gun though.

> In 1989, in the small village of Miyakoji, Japan, primary school teacher Yumi Tanaka made a peculiar discovery as she looked into the toilet bowl – a floating black shoe. Investigating further, she found a man's body in the sewer tank outside.
> The body was removed and found to be in an unusual position, somehow the man managed to squeeze through the 14" diameter septic opening. It was later determined that he had entered the waste tank, likely attempting to peer up the toilet when women were using it.
> After meticulous cleaning, the body was identified as 26-year-old Naoyuki Kanno. He likely passed away from hypothermia.

I’m now loitering outside a Kmart while Bill tries to return or exchange a doll or a toy or something that wasn’t even purchased at that particular store and that he has no paperwork for.

> Southwest encourages passengers to purchase extra seats in advance to help the airline plan for the number of occupied seats and to "ensure we can accommodate all Customers on the flight for which they purchased a ticket and avoid asking Customers to relinquish their seats for an unplanned accommodation," the policy says.

Bill stormed out of KMart after 20 minutes of not being served. We then went to Red Rooster and they didn't put lettuce on his chicken and mayo roll. A girl came in with knitted gloves and wearing ear muffs. I think she was an autism.

Two of /ausneets/ most prominent posters, IGA and nuro, are now in mortal danger from a massive cyclone that is currently destroying queensland. Who wants to start a betting pool on which, if any of them, will survive?

I hate termite inspection cunts. What a rort. $250 twice a year for them to look at, and occasionally replace, a stick in a hole.
It doesn't even stop them, just gives an indication that there's 'activity', which just means give the faggots more money.

You have a modern house. Mine has holes cut in the floor boards in each room so they could spray the joists and footings.
That was done when they were expecting me and the hose blew off and sprayed the room that was to be my nursery/childhood bedroom.

 >>/788047/
Wasp nest is hilbilly work, there's no sure fire way of doing it and it's risky. So you really just need a dab hand.

I wiped out two and a mudwasp nest this season but they were still small. Used a can of mortien duct taped to a painters pole. Wore a hooded hat and thick clothing, stupid but it worked.

You can't usually burn them out in Australia because total fire ban coincides with wasp season, but you can still gas them with the petrol fumes, use a solvent, or an insecticide.

 >>/788052/
Ah. I've seen that a few times, I thought it was an opening to crawl space or something. I think the old house had them.. Which sucks, I paid for them to make holes around the outside.
The new house hasn't got them, there's supposed to be some warranty on the treated wood.

 >>/788053/
This is almost certainly a European wasp nest, so there is a big risk trying to do anything to it. They usually have a second exit, but I haven't spotted that yet.
Would be fun to put some acetylene down there and ignite it and pretend they are vietcong.

 >>/788057/
I tried that and it didn't work, gas burning creates a vacuum and puts itself out. Vacuum doesn't help the wasps but it doesn't seem to reliably kill them.
Petrol works because it actually absorbs into the soil so the fumes spread through the dirt.

If the nest is underground the sensible option is reducing their numbers with bait.

When I was a kid we put 2l coke bottles full of sugar and chicken liver and the wasps just lobster potted inside it. Then just throw the wasps in the rubbish bin. Or we would get the electric fly swat and play cricket.
The trick is that the wasps are usually docile, it's only when you disturb the guard wasps on the nest or crush a wasp that they get agro.i never actually got stung, motherbot used to pay me a cent for every one I killed

I stuck my cock in a bee hive and started punching the tree and screaming to make them angry.
Then after I was finished fucking the bees and went and buried my cock in an ants nest and they went crazy for the honey.

> Imagining a movie about max employment sending the neets into the wasp nest after losing contact with the colony at webber's house. Some dick head lieutenant would insist that couldn't use guns for safety reasons, and it would instead be 'flame units only'. Only once we descended to the deepest level of the nest would we find bill's cocooned body, impregnated with scores of wasp eggs, that begin chewing their way out of his living flesh.

Your NEETlore is poor. IGA is meant to live about a 30 minute drive inland from the coast in a very very low socioeconomic zone: like no local shops and only a servo for miles. Well thats if you believe his latest hunches. But given the cost of living near the beach it seems more than plausible.

 >>/788236/
What lifts were you doing? I've been neglecting it pretty hard. Had my IT band flare up pretty hard so I've stopped running and I've cut down on the squatting. I've mostly been doing the bench and deadlift but very haphazardly and without the discipline. I need to get back onto it and do it properly. Fucking neet life.
