Vinyl records, 8 tracks, audio cassettes and CDs. VHS, Betamax, CEDs and DVDs. Would be cool to find more all-in-one media players. Best options for audio are Crosley multi-media players but I don't think any take the 8 track tapes. There are also VCR DVD combo players and I have a Sony VHS/DVD combo player but there are no such thing as Betamax multi-media players. Some company should come out with a universal all-in-one player for every single popular audio and video media format of the past 60 years, that would be dope!

i played 2000 hours of factorio, i was born to answer this.

i just found out how this is called what you are looking for: lever style bookend.

in it's most basic form it is just a small piece of thin metal with one right angle bend into. you could easily bend one yourself if you are lucky and find a piece of metal that has an acceptable dimensions.

you place one side underneath the cds, gravity is pulling them down thus applying force to hold the metal piece in place. then the other side keeps the discs from tipping over, using their own weight against them.

similar principle to the belt loops holding up the belt in place while the belt is holding the pants in place.

the one in the picture is fancy, i have simple ones from thin metal that was painted white.

I agree anon. Any updates on this? I heard somewhere they backed off, at least temporarily. I know Apple and Google is going full blown George Orwell now, luckily for me I don't rely on their shit and anything from Youtube I can easily rip and copy right to my harddrive.

Haven't used Discord in years and still have zero intention to. There are a million other ways of connecting with people and learning on the web that don't require you to dox yourself in order to speak to the mentally ill (again, Discord)

I use an online media ripper to grab anything I desire uploaded to Youtube, one way you can simply bypass the forced site Ads. Plenty of options when it comes to open-source online media downloading software. Just make sure you have the videos encoded correctly (I choose the most common standard x264 AAC mp4 formats because those will play on almost anything today including modern and older television sets).
