I like John Oliver I really do and I'm not ashamed to admit it but there is a couple of things that really do piss me off about the guy

one: his sycophantic virtue signalling when it comes to niggers.

always trying to make out that the only reason the only reason why there's racism towards them is solely because of their skin colour and only because of their skin colour and not the actions of their character, i.e. you know that they are practically responsible for 50% or more of all Violent crimes and rape in any given area of the country though only making up like about 13% of the population and that they are more than likely to just attack people for no given reason (and don't really need to go into detail on this one all you need to know and do is just look at what happen to that white blonde woman on the train some months back)

Two: his misguided at best to delusional at worst views when it comes to trannies and sports specifically.

thinking that a man competing in a woman's sports such as the likes of Boxing or MMA thinks that there is no threat posed when clearly if the man hasn't transitioned completely to an actual woman is still obviously going to have all of the male traits like you know being naturally stronger and physically bigger muscular built than woman to which is obviously going to give them an advantage in the fight.

The last good talk shows in America were David Letterman and Johnny Carson. Modern ones suck, too political, too bias, not really even funny. Thus the reason I choose not to pay for TV service anymore. I have dvd box sets and digital collections of all my old favorite classic tv shows mostly 50s through 80s era stuff.

Phil Donahue was good too, although he got kicked off the networks after he openly denounced the neo-con "war on terror" after 9/11 and became too vocal about it. It got all the Zionists in an uproar and oy vey! Canceled. Phil Donahue was a real Democrat though, moderate one, unlike the radical Democrats of today which are filled with mindless rage.

A growing welder shortage with around half the existing workforce expected to retire by 2027, creating a gap of over 35,000 jobs and impacting key industries like construction and aerospace.

Key Countries with a high demand for Welders

Canada
Welder immigration is possible via the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), a component of the Express Entry system, which uses a points-based system to assess applicants.

Germany
As Europe's welding powerhouse, Germany offers strong opportunities in precision engineering and manufacturing, supported by government initiatives like "Make It in Germany".

Italy
there is a high demand for skilled welders in Italy, with job listings increasing in key industrial regions like Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna, and Veneto, particularly for professionals with experience in TIG and continuous wire welding. The demand is driven by rising industrial activity and the need for manual and specialized labour in metal fabrication and manufacturing.

Australia
With a significant shortage of skilled welders, Australia actively recruits foreign welders. Eligibility often depends on meeting specific points and completing a positive skills assessment.

United Arab Emirates
The UAE is listed as a top country for expat metal workers, offering attractive career prospects and competitive salaries.

Norway
This Scandinavian country provides high-paying jobs in its energy and infrastructure sectors for skilled welders.

United Kingdom
The UK has a steady demand for welders in construction and various industrial applications.

Sweden
A focus on innovation-driven manufacturing in Sweden creates opportunities for skilled welders.

Finland
High-demand sectors: Engineering, construction, marine, and shipbuilding industries.
Market: Finland has a robust and competitive market for skilled welders.
Requirements: It is essential to have the proper qualifications and certifications that align with Finnish requirements.

Poland
Developing its manufacturing base, with demand in the automotive parts, industrial equipment, and construction sectors.

Romania
Similar to Poland, Romania is seeing growth in manufacturing, creating opportunities for welders in various skill levels.

Czechia
Hosting new automotive component plants that are attracting investment and creating demand for welders.

Absolutely no fucking way would I take my trade skills to go to Europe today. Are you crazy!? Europe is deeply in debt and facing an exponential financial solvency crisis that will BANKRUPT PENSION FUNDS when they receive bailouts from the IMF and are forced to pay that debt back off. Why do you think the EU really wants a direct war with Russia? That's their Scapegoat when everything goes wrong! As for the UK? A country where you get arrested criticizing government policy? A country taxpayers pay Nearly HALF their income on taxes? A country where pensioners are being told they will have to sacrifice their lifestyles and retirement years for a war with Russia? NO THANKS!

Keep it in the Rust Belt USA. At least some States are financially solvent and a hell of a lot more free than others. Far lower taxes too. And if you hate the USA as it is today, best get comfy with the One Belt One Road and learn Chinese. Europe has no future unless they regime change their current failing corrupt governments and restore their sovereignty.

VOLKSWAGEN has an €11 BILLION PROBLEM - GERMANY’S INDUSTRIAL ENGINE IS STALLING...

Volkswagen has just publicly revealed an €11 billion Euro cash shortfall threatening to grind the automaker’s operations to a halt beyond 2025.

Sales are collapsing in China.

US tariffs are biting VW sales.

Europe’s Electric Vehicle (EV) boom has turned into a slow crawl.

Add into this equation Germany’s soaring energy and labor costs, and the math starts to look fatal.

VW’s answer? Brutal cost cuts, asset sales, and a leadership shake-up that insiders say could define the company’s survival.

Analysts warn of credit downgrades, layoffs, and a blow to Germany’s industrial identity.

If Volkswagen sputters, it’s not just a car crisis - it’s a warning light for Europe’s entire economy.

Foreign investors are piling cash into US stocks

Non-US investors have bought +$22 billion of US stocks so far in October, the most since June, according to Goldman Sachs estimates.

This marks the 3rd consecutive monthly inflow.

Year-to-date, foreign investors have acquired +$316 billion of US equities on net.

Meanwhile, foreign holdings of all US equities (not just October) rose to a record $20 trillion last quarter!

Everyone wants to enter the US stock market. As this cash pours into US Stocks, it gives companies the ability to expand and grow, meaning many more jobs for people in the USA.

These things don't happen overnight - there is no "quick fix" - but this trend is unmistakable and ongoing for over three months.

Between companies expanding in the US, illegal aliens being mass-deported, thereby freeing-up jobs for Americans, and cash pouring in from overseas, the economic engine of the United States is revving-up and heading into blue skies and sunny weather .... as long as the system holds together long enough to let economic issues work themselves out.

I have a theory as to why Trump refuses to fully walk away from the Ukraine-Russia war. My hunch is this. Trump knows this war is an economic disaster for Europe as they gambled all their bets on Ukraine joining the EU and NATO. Europe also intended for Ukraine to invade and defeat Russia after they joined NATO and became a nuclear superpower. Obviously the red line for Russia which sparked their invasion into Ukraine in the first place. Now that this turned out to be a massive blunder of bad neo-con foreign policy and all the sanctions in the world didn't work, now that BRICS+ is united, now that Russia sustained the crisis, Europe is deeply indebted, exposed as being insolvent and weak, faces financial bankruptcy and a massive pension crisis, austerity.... why not ruse Europe into a war in which they will quickly be defeated? Think about it. The European leaders will have a scapegoat for martial law and austerity during their "Great Reset" debt default. All the production and industry of Europe will flow to the USA. Investors will flee Europe and come to America. The EU can and will rule over the ashes of Europe as the communists already intended to. The spoils will go lube the US economy for another 4 or 5 decades.

If that's Trump's plan......

BRILLIANT.

Yes, I strongly encourage people to gain a foothold here, and try to make this site bigger than 4(glow)chan. Endchan will hopefully become the main chan.

Though, for more permanent and structured discussions and investigations I would recommend Depvana.com - No login or email required and it's a really good site. Low traffic yes, but if people don't actively participate in bootstrapping a user base, we will be stuck on reddit and glowchan forever.

 >>/71762/
I don't know why people bother with 4chan anymore, when 4chan was hacked a year ago we all found out the jannies were working from the US state department to even university faggots with federal grants. Absolutely glowing honeypot. They have an unreadable captcha on purpose to force people to give their personal info away to post there too. Fuck that shit. Not to mention they bluntly take down any legit threads that blow away their propaganda and narrative gatekeeping. I'd welcome the dead over them.

 >>/71762/
> make this site bigger than 4(glow)chan
That would be the worst case scenario. Any place that gets big enough, draws attention. A decentralized insurgency is nearly impossible for an institution to defy. Stay small, stay pure.

So this isn't the first thread I've made about the AI gypsy that keeps shitting up our board
 >>/71785/

I made another thread a few days ago, but I can no longer see it on /b/ or in the catalog. I didn't delete it, so what happened to it? I'm actually putting in some effort to chemo /b/ and make it actually interesting.

Meanwhile AI gypsy keeps crapping up the board with his samefagging and pushing all of the good threads to page 16. His threads are literally 1000+ long threads that hog up everything on the board
 >>/71787/
Here's his latest ebegging thread >>/69341/

Reason I'm saying this is because this fucking gypsy has made the same generic thread for months

See here

 >>/63736/ and here >>/64834/ here >>/68203/ and here
 >>/67088/ and >>/64835/ and >>/65968/

And this isn't even all of the threads he's made

Why is this genuine spam ok for the mod? (and the other spam that gets posted here that I keep reporting. That's still up mod pls get rid of those links.

I doubt anyone on /b/ likes his ugly AI threads. He posts the the same photos over and over and over again man.

Apparently some pedophiles like spanking children. I came across some that have an onion forum for it. I even found some Russian guy asking in a public vk post for images from them: https://archive.today/https://vk.com/wall501760301_2

A little later, I coincidentally came across this cracked article, and it mentioned the site as well.

You can still search in English and tons of stuff comes up like movies and tv shows and even some random podcast stuff. I could not believe finding so many old popular American sitcoms in full over there. Movies too.
