Eat like crap, feel like crap. Eating mass processed junk food is the biggest problem. People get fat because they pound sugar, junk food, fast foods, gas station-tier 'snacks', drink too much, etc. If you have a healthy balanced diet you don't need steroids or plastic surgery. You are what you eat after all.
