I mean neither was Miz and Emi but it'd be obvious to everyone.
Obviously it's not directly her fault, it's more Miz than anything, but her personality type and how she looks will pull in the needy vicarious viewers that beg for collabs and subtly shit on every other woman that he streams with(they already were doing that). And if she's not even a streamer there will be little incentive for her to be doing content and even less if they're not public.

Unless Miz really retires and wants to kill his channel he'll have to find another EE, Cinna, Bonnie etc type of girl to do content with while Shannon is working or whatever. Just a shit situation and basically an Emiru rerun with less incentive for them to do content.
