About new imageboards, sometime i stop to think about this: "if i creat a new chan for my guys?", but it's so much responsabillty. Because in my country us have a diference culture in imageboards.

There's a few interviews and vids featuring Fredrick Brennan and his experiences with 8chan. Go look them up. You can sum up his advise on starting your own chan: don't. You really need to hear in his own words to understand why.
My advise?
The only reason today to launch an imageboard is to gain some practical experience in the challenges of applied computer science, operations, and administration. I'm talking learning basic shit like backups, hosting services, Tor, domain name registration, firewalling, TCP/IP, security, disaster recovery, and so on. This will also leave you with zero time left for anything creative, but it can be a hell of an education.
One of the least talked about topics of imageboards is something called the thumbnailer. If you don't know what this is and how it works, inside and out, esoteric standards and all, then your site is a disaster waiting to happen.
Once you learn a little of what it is and how it does, you will come to understand what post traumatic stress disorder nightmares are made of. Make one single mistake with the thumnailer, or overlook just one esoteric ever evolving standard, and you are done. Just like 4chan was done.
Personally, I'd suggest fantasizing about something other than running a chan.
