I love watching the Sandwiches of History channel. It's updated daily. The dude makes one, sometimes two, sandwiches per day. He finds them in old cook books and online recipes too. There are some bizarre ones, traditional ones, international ones, and he ranks them 1 to 10. Some end up being really good, some not so much and a few once in a while absolutely suck and he'll throw those away with a different ending theme.

What ever happened to the Youtube age verification controversy? It seemed to just go away. People were complaining about it for some time, threatening to leave the platform if they rolled out the digital ID mandate. Did Youtube get enough blowback that they dropped the idea? I spent some of my recent days backing up videos from all my favorite channels using a web scraper and a 16TB external drive LOL.

Yep, it's probably dead at this point.
