they try to get back to the them by going on autistic spam rampages and then threatening the jannies they'll rat the site out to the authorities

Why would someone risk going to jail over some retarded board drama? I'm thinking it's either retarded pedos trying to make money or glows trying to frame the website as a pedo haven, discourage new users from wandering in, and shut the website down. It's not even necessary if there is no one willing to post.

The CP spam on endchan (and on most websites) is normally from people trying to make money. The CP spam posts have urls listed in the image and/or the post because they are advertisements.

They are indeed different spammers. The KF/4chan spammer seems to have a personal grudge against those sites.

Nope, it's not always automated. A lot of the CP spam is usually a person solving the CAPTCHA and getting around wordfilters in order to spam their CP advertisement.

I doubt that it works as a tactic. Maybe the admins of the imageboard just get frustrated and give up, but it won't get them seized.

I've reported actual CP sites on the openweb and sometimes their providers won't do anything. Even if they do go down they just hop to another provider. This has also happened with those kiwifarms parody sites that groom kids and distribute CP.
