unless you're physically deformed, the answer is always lower body fat %

stop eating carbs. all carbs. sugars, fried foods, bread products etc. eat whole foods only, and especially meat heavy diets like paleo. if you also don't eat foods that negate the nutritional intake of meat (like vegetables), then the meat will completely satiate you & you wont feel that sharp hunger.

Pretty much true but if you eat meat and eggs regularly you should be eating some kimchi as a side, kimchi helps flush your gut. Fresh farm raised meats, animal fat and eggs are healthy contrary to false media propaganda but the real problem is too much of that can cause gut congestion. If you hydrate yourself properly and consume good probiotics like yogurt and kimchi routinely you won't be gaining too much weight or having gut issues.

Another thing I learned while on a Keto diet is having natural animal fat like tallow, butter or pork jowl grease actually satisfies hunger cravings. By adding natural animal fat to my dishes I find I don't eat as much and my stomach is satisfied much faster, sometimes I can stretch those meals and save money.

Whatever the absolute horseshit the medical establishment told us over the decades, discard it, completely falsified "science" by con artists. Con artists who make money from diabetes $$$.

the industry found out that if they sell highly processed foods, it doesn't fill people up as much and they can sell you more. then, the medical industry makes even more money from fixing diseases after the fact, so they also have no incentive to address the problem before it happens. win-win for everyone except us goyim.

100% correct which is why I support the local farmers market and when shopping in general I typically only buy meat, fish & vegetables, plus spices, herbs and potatoes from time to time. I cook all my own meals and love doing it. Cooking became one of my hobbies and because I cook everyday I can always try something new, plus it saves me money. Another tip to maintaining health is eating lots of garlic with your dishes, garlic is the ultimate detox and keeps your cardiovascular system strong including your heart.

I kept hearing that le seed oils are le bad so I decided to test it out for myself and switched to only animal fat for a few months and felt horrible. then I switched back to seed oils and now I feel fine again

If you stick with oil I would recommend extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil. Those two oils are not toxic.

Most seed oils are highly processed, mass produced in factories, only developed over the last 60 years, not natural whatsoever.

The fact is humans have been cooking with animal fats for centuries without any highly processed oils. 60 years ago, before the mass consumption of vegetable oil or canola oil, cancer was not common. In the 1960s if someone got cancer it would make a headline on a local newspaper. If you were to match up statistics in correlation between cancer rates and seed oil consumption it paints a very suspicious and disturbing and familiar pattern era after era.

I'm not trying to scare anyone, if you enjoy seed oil just understand there could be unknown health risks in association. Some people are convinced food giant lobbyists have bribed the FDA to cover it up. And after all, it was once the FDA that said lead was safe for human consumption many decades ago. We now know 100% that was not true.
