I want to publish a book (online and offline) that has very bright thoughts but has also strong controversial sentences.
Who could I contact to review the book before publishing?
I wanted to send it to CIA for review but it seems their website requires javascript to send information.
If not CIA, then who?
The book would be mostly published in the US, it's in English.
I don't get why the CIA would review a book?
Sounds like the have more important things to do, like psyops.
You can send parts of the book, or the most controversial statements to people you trust and ask is this is appropriate to think/publish.
If you want to "spread the word" upload it to archive.org, google docs, onedrive and small pdf and send it / post around the net. you wont make money from it

Because the book is controversial and they could be angry at the book and the author.

This is good idea but I don't have a single person that I trust. I don't know who to ask.

I want to release the book for free (digital version) and paid (printed). If I earn zero this is not a problem, money is not my motivation.

I'm interested to take a look.
Or to look at those controversial statements.
I mean freedom of speech is important, but then again there is stuff like "hate speech" also. It all depends where you live as well. proLGBTQ stuff is bad in one country and in another antiLGBTQ stuff is bad

Maybe I will post them later or tomorrow. I already censored the book a little and rewritten strong opinions using softer and more legal language.

But I want to publish the book in US and maybe somewhere else. So should I care about US laws or my local laws?

I have no idea. Maybe you should consult a lawyer, and inform yourself about hate speech, what it means.
Maybe an intro can help, saying something "This book is not intended to spread hate. This book is not a reason/excuse for violence." ect.

The whole point of the book is to make the world better place, the whole world. It promotes various positive traits in humans.
But has some controversial parts, that's why I want to ask someone about opinion.

To be honest, I don't see why somebody would be angry at the book. But there are various people.
Maybe the book should be released not to the public but more privately, but nobody spoken with me about this.

Some time ago, I released a philosophical theory about something and had decent feedback.
I written a whole book (small but a book) that is based on this theory.

Maybe I should publish it and if the censors won't like it they can delete it. But it's hard for me to understand why it would be deleted.
