It doesn't really matter if a place is populated or not, what matters is the quality of content and the environment. Populated cities can easily become death trap hellscapes while spread out rural landscapes can be destinations for vacations.

I tried for so long to keep posting good stuff on 4chan, but its unusable now, enchan is great. 

It would not be difficult to burn through some IPs to do this in hopes of saving even a few refugees, Part of me worries about the quality of posts going down here as a result, But this is a good idea.
