I have a simple idea. Stop being useless cattle for their endless wars. Boycott military service and resist any draft with lethal force if necessary. Refuse to be pawns for banker wars. If enough citizens stand their ground there is nothing any standing army could do, and if they start killing us off then stop working and paying taxes too and the whole corrupt system collapses.

The problem is none of our politicians or so-called 'leaders' want diplomacy because they are lobbied by the military industrial complex aka war industry. Until we kick them out of office nothing matters, the wars will continue and the best thing to do is stay out of it, refuse to join the military or be conscripted. Nothing else you can do until you get rid of the corrupt politics.

I have an idea for reform, but it will never happen by the way. Any politician who publicly supports a war should be drafted to the front lines first. The people, the citizens, then reserve the right to vote for or against the war. Those that vote for war can get drafted to fight. Those that vote against it cannot. This would stall hostility and conflict very quickly.

A little tiny problem with your theory here.... Those that bitterly hate Russia also tend to LOVE Israel and support the Greater Israel Project. These are the same politicians who want to regime change Iran and the rest of the Middle East. They also have a hard on against Russia and China too. So thinking we would support Iran while fighting Russia is unthinkable as of now. Another trouble you run into is both Russia and Israel have nukes. These nations could retaliate and blow the shit out of your way of life and civilization as we know it, if they ever were put into a losing position.
