I am making a checklist, on how to identify if an account belongs to Poopcat.

He is known to use alt accounts maliciously, and I want to help people know how to identify when an account belongs to him, so they can block him(if he's been blocked on previous accounts), reported(if he's ban evading), or banned(if he enters a Discord Server full of minors)
