Same here. Most of the channels I subscribe to are cosplayers but the fyp page never offers me a cosplayer.

The Tiktok algorithm was famous for retention time - it was very good at recommendations that made people stay in the app for a long time. My guess is that people looking at cosplayers are looking for a short bout of entertainment so Tiktok tries to steer away from them.
