Pretty happy, esp as heart rate was quite well controlled (166 average for the effort, my threshold HR is like 177-180).

Finally been more consistent over the last month after doing almost nothing since baby was born last October. Gains are coming back quickly. Turns out years of building the engine doesn't get erased with a few months...

New paypiggery just dropped, bought a used Wattshop Anemoi basebar to save a further 10W on my TTs. Looks pretty sexy compared to the earlier Tririg bar I had, though the custom 3d printed extension/bar systems seen at the worlds are still way cooler

I do 40/20 when I'm in shape but here I had issues with the first set while I didn't even reach 160 bpm.

They're going to put a "best local rider" jersey for the GT. Pro teams are against it for some reason but I think it's fun

yes, but I would like to know what teams are doing to get rid of some of their jobbers to make space for expensive jobbers instead. according to cyclingflash safety jogger is still at 31 riders for next season.
