horner just called him out for saying stupid shit in interviews as far as I can see that's pretty much it
among those patje complains about shitty business practices that he engaged in as well and that he failed remco in regards to teaching him how to race among other things

 >>/62922/
horner also talks shit about bora and their retarded "tactics" if you can even call it that he's well aware that this team is not an improvement in that regard
nothing will change remco will continue to finish behind pog and vingo but dump on the shitty rest who he's dumped on before

Thinking about a tiny paypig for a multitool. Will I need a torx 25 a lot? Or small hexes?

Will be also doing a slightly bigger paypig for that Park Tool torque wrench since it is no longer 140 eurobux but 85, and now my set autism can be satiated.

The other Swiss will probably win, Patje's THIJSSEN and Unkown Cyclists tree sprinters will probably give them the podium but not far behind is me and Autismbert who will be propelled by GODszczurny.
Suissebert and Malawibert will be propelled by GODszczurny too but from near zero points.

I haven't posted this yet but when building my bike I had another broken front derailleur shifter (got a replacement without any hassle). Worst part is I told myself after my previous issues I wouldn't buy mechanical shimanus anymore but then I scored a really good deal and now I pay the price again.
The fuck is going on with their shifters though. When I was googling around I found dozens of posts with the same shit with the ratchet.

Or there may be another correcshin because I am not putting in the breakaway anymore.
Yeah, that's why the shits are no more, being diligent about them means being a part time PCS employee for free.

 >>/63149/
my grx 820 has never had an issue and I've never heard of anyone else failing parts either, its quite widespread in my riding circle.
Maybe belgium has a different distributor for shimano and you get parts from different (shittier) 3rd world factories, unironically possible

 >>/63159/
Apparently sometimes the ratchet wheel thing is just fucked out the box.
Also wouldn't surprise me if it's shitty packaging and the delivery company throws it around like it's not that caused it. But it has happened to me before that the cable snapped like bertrand and it just fucked up the entire shifter immediately and I immediately got flashbacks to that.
Hopefully it last now

 >>/63153/
> they make them intentionally shitty so you buy the upgrade kit.
Pretty convinced of that myself too, I mean 105 11sp literally was a solved techno in 2017. Perfect shifting, light enough, robust. Never in a 100 year I would change it for elec, I need to adjust gearing every 5 years it's insane.

 >>/63161/
I see and I'll keep that in mind if I ever encounter that. It's not unlikely that there was a downgrade in quality for shimano because a guy who manages a big bike shop told me that they encounter defective out of the oem box shimano di2 stuff every day when they assemble bikes, every day without exaggeration.

 >>/63169/
I guess that's true. I was reading Lionel Terray's memoir recently and I was struck by the level of national funding for climbing/skiing. Like there are state-funded schools to be mountain guides and they were heavily intertwined with Alpine units in the French army etc

> Mathieu van der Poel the best cyclocross rider ever? 'Not by a long shot,' according to Roger De Vlaeminck.

> "Damn, no. Not by a long shot," De Vlaeminck replies to Het Nieuwsblad when asked if Van der Poel is definitively the best cyclocross rider ever after his eighth world title. "For Eric, it was over at twenty-eight. Worn out by his foolishness. How many more titles could he have won? And let me list them: Renato Longo, Rolf Wolfshohl, Albert Van Damme, Peter Frischknecht, Eric, me. They're different men than we are now."

> "Tell me honestly what you think of today's professional cyclists," he says to the journalist. "But honestly, okay? Who's going to beat Mathieu van der Poel? (...) Of course he's good, one of the best. I'm really rooting for him. But can he time trial? Can he win a Grand Tour? I haven't done that either, okay, but I did win Tirreno-Adriatico."

> Peggy Breunig, Roger's girlfriend, emphasizes that her partner does indeed have a great deal of respect for Van der Poel. "Of course, Van der Poel, Evenepoel, and Pogacar are good riders, but when I watch them perform, I can't enjoy it," says the 78-year-old former professional, who has won Tirreno-Adriatico six times, 22 stages of the Giro d'Italia, and all the Monuments: Liège-Bastogne-Liège, the Tour of Flanders, two Giro di Lombardias, three Milan-San Remo races, and four Paris-Roubaix races.

> "I want to ride with them, race against those guys. Beat them like I could sometimes beat Merckx. Merckx, man, he was such a strong man. You know, that scared me sometimes? It hurt, just being on his wheel. And yet I've won 512 races. 512, you know. Should I list them all?"

Another absolute banger for the king of the deluded

This was the most doped race in the history of the sport. You have no idea how impossible this time is on this track. It's like Damiano Caruso beating Pantani's time on Alpe d'Huez

But probably Lorello will skate a WR or something, who gives a fuck. Italy has found a new professor CONCONI

Yeah on most weeks we eat lunch or dinner with my parents or bertina's on Sunday. Today I made a sauce from cannelini beans, leek, celery, carrots, white wine, olive oil and sage, served with pasta and oven baked chickpeas/olives/capers mix. Don't have pics but it was pretty delicious.

meanwhile, in alpine downhill, the great Lindsay Vonn fatally crashes and they keep showing her motionless body and her screams are on full display for MINUTES

 >>/63509/
Yeah I guess she wants to be the bad girl now or something. Probably retires after the Olympics and goes to live in Am*rica with that retard and will cry about how life in NL is soooo bad and she is now in a much better place etc etc. Until he finds some other slut and she comes crawling back

> A fire broke out this morning at the memorial site for those who died in the New Year's Eve fire in the Swiss ski resort of Crans-Montana. The fire was quickly extinguished, and no one was injured. The fire in the memorial tent broke out around 6:00 a.m. Authorities suspect the fire started with a candle on a table. Several memorabilia items were burned. The condolence book remained undamaged.

Ehh Swissbert...

 >>/63539/
Got the tree, but talked myself out of Kubisz, fixated on Azparren, did that retard readjustment for Moschetti, Labrosse? Nah. Uhlig? You even mentioned him in your pre-race score approximates, but there will be one maybe two sprints retard. If you don't pick Kubisz you don't pick Uhlig.
Ok, it won't be that disastrous but instead of hovering in the top I have to hope to limit losses.

> They're more than happy to take on the challenge. Although the Dane is also riding the Giro d'Italia this year, the Tour remains the main goal. "We truly believe he can be better in the Tour than in the Giro," says Head of Racing Griescha Niermann in an interview with In de Leiderstrui. "Our approach over the last five years has worked, as he's finished on the podium every year, but this is something different."

> "Winning both the Giro and the Tour in one year hasn't been easy in recent years. But Tadej showed two years ago that it's possible, and we're convinced Jonas can do it too," says Niermann. "There's no guarantee, of course, but the data from the years in which he combined the Tour and the Vuelta makes us believe it."

> "The mission, of course, remains the same: beat Pogacar. His interviews showed that we were well on our way to breaking him last year," says Niermann, referring to the somewhat mentally tired impression the Slovenian gave during last year's Tour.

Sometimes I wonder if they MKULTRA these dudes into becoming so unbelievably deluded

 >>/63736/
My app, after deducting 15% for weight loss, tells me my recommended daily intake should be:

> 2000 kcal base + 400 kcal for sedentary life
> 140g protein
> 216g carbs
> 64g fatso
> 27g fiber

of course this is zonder ciclismo

 >>/63741/
So 350g carbs+protein = 1400kcal, then 600kcal for the fats, that's 2000kcal. So you are aiming for 2000kcal per day to lose weight? Just saying that's an awfully small amount of energy for a tall guy. I would wager your energy expenditure when sedentary would be something like 2700kcal, and I'd eat something like 2400kcal + the kJ from cycling. 2000kcal just sounds like a disaster.
Also, you don't need 140g protein, 100-120g is more than enough.
 >>/63745/
Because it's the best source of energy for the body? Again, national guidelines are 50-60% of total energy from carbs for sedentary people. For 2400kcal intake, that's 300-360g carbs.

He is doing very good, but there is very good and there is surely any minute now he will launch raiding parties at Pogicaca.
> my money is 100% on Evenepoel being hungry as fuck and Pogacar losing a little motivation after winning everything. He's literally already had to dye his hair blonde to spice up his life at this point.... doesn't bode well for Pog. I honestly think Evenepoel only needed to improve his endurance a little more to bridge enough of a gap to get on Pog's level. He also needs to use his head more. Pog may be physically superior but he's also very smart and calm on the bike.
> let's see how the season goes. Remco is a close second after Pog. If he fixes his endurance and makes more rational decisions while on the bike and maybe with some teamwork with the other top riders, they can crack Pog. I have faith. I have to believe this, otherwise I might as well stop watching.

ah I thought the media was coming up with reasons why remco is finishing 10-20s ahead of the rest instead of minutes
well unless pog is starting to decline there's no way remco can beat him, I haven't seen any w/kg talk about an extraordinary performance yet

She is good but Takagi is the reigning champion and has a very good draw. The last inner lane is a BIG advantage in the 1000m. Therefore she wins, Jutta loses copes seethes and dilates and leaves forever to Burgerstan with Jake Paul and her retarded shit nowadays and will not be missed

A clubmate won silver in his agegroup in the Finnish e-cycling NC, and his watts and w/kg are lower than mine. I think next year I will compete as I can then take part in the 30 year agegroup. Would be fun to be a national champion (with many many asterisks heh).

I have only checked out the score until there were two FGs, decided it is not worth tuning in and apparently it wasn't.
One shaky QB with a great defense and a completely unproven young QB who was shit all playoffs so a lot of very conservative playcalling.

Damn right!
Monday is one of my favourite days of the week. Fresh off a rest day, do a couple hours of rape and score 25 eggs, and then the rest of the day is dedicated to carb loading for tomorrow (and work). Pic related is my lunch of 300g rice / 230g carbs, Bertaczek wouldn't eat this much in a day lol (also 150g sugar intra-ride and toast and jam for breakfast).

Jonas Vingegaard's trainer leaves pissma effective immediately

> "I noticed that I've been struggling lately to maintain my creativity and passion, which is important to me in my coaching profession. That was the moment for me to be honest with myself and the team," Heemskerk said in the press release.

Jonas is such a wet mop of a person that even his trainer got bored
