That nigga got me for $6k. Whitehouse market seems to allow for selective scammer vendors on their platform. I would use caution when using the market. /u/mr_white has been known to keep funds of both buyers and sellers.

If you "purchased" anything more than a personal amount of product from him,I would start cleaning house ASAP. I believe they may have been LEO from the start.

- His 56 feedback notes were all written in the same style. Which means -

- He paid commission on high-dollar self-orders for 3 months, knowing that he would be caught before he could get anything more than a few AFs

-The products were all high-dollar, high-weight, flashy-branded, etc. They were described the way someone who had only seen the biz in the movies would describe them.

-The photos looked like seizure hauls.

-Claimed to be in US with KGs of different varieties of highly-prized imports from multiple SA countries.

-Highlighted in his profile that "YES HE COULD SHIP TO AUSTRALIA in 10 DAYS! Our method is working!"

My guess is Australian/US Operation to honeypot mid-level dealers (importers in AUS case).

I can see a future where bitcoin meets or almost meets the market cap of gold. (Currently I think it's at about 2% of the way there - but growing fast!) If it does, and all 21m BTC are mined, and we assume around 1/3 of all BTC are lost due to things like HD failure, lost paper wallets, seizures where the criminals wouldn't give up the password, etc, that's 14m BTC within a $11.29 trillion market cap. If that all happens, the price of 1 BTC would be ~$806,428.57.
Of course, this assumes that, by the time institutional interest in BTC grows large enough for its market cap to overtake gold, that another cryptocurrency won't win out. I could realistically see XMR, some ETH-like currency, or a super fast coin like Nano beating BTC in the long run, so maybe I'm completely wrong in my predictions.
Thoughts?

idk about spacex but yeah, pretty much everyone but Ross got let off with a slap on the wrist, largely because they admitted their roles and pled out. I hate to say it but Ross kinda did it to himself. They had him absolutely dead to rights, he never had any chance whatsoever in court, but he fought the charge anyway. If he had just taken the plea (iirc it was a 10 or 15 year sentence if he pled out) he'd already be nearly finished with his sentence.
I love you Ross, pls come back to us :c

Ladies and Gentlemen and others,

The Council is proud to announce this event. It is an effort in our strive to build an Open Source Society in which people can engage in free trade and secure communication in private without outside interference.
We are searching for bright individuals out there who are willing to put their skills and wits into practice to come work with us. Whoever you are, this is a place where nothing matters but your merits.
Here you can be truly yourself and join our ongoing efforts to liberate ourselves from those who try to take away our inherent root admin privileges.

We want a working trustless multisignature signature solution for Monero. This solution needs to work for 2/2 and 2/3 transaction parties on White House Market and Versus.

The grand prize is 22,000 EUR for whoever comes up with a working and proven solution.

About the prize:

1. The prize may go up, not down.
2. The prize may be paid out partially or not at all if no satisfactory solution is proposed.
3. There may be multiple winners.
4. A well proposed crowd fund in the scope of this project may receive funding from the prize. We believe in money earned through hard work.

Ontop of that you receive a stellar reputation as computer scientist and programmer that will pretty much guarantee you a well paying permanent job out here.

All code submissions must be open source under the BSD 3-Clause License or something similar.

The honorable /u/WilliamGibson of Versus and /u/mr_white of White House Market will work with you to figure out a route for your development.
Please post your thoughts below or get in touch with us. To engage in a live chat with Council members, you may join our IRC server ukspblzeda3ruvru.onion. The main channel is #council.

Thank you for your attention.
Pygmalion, Council spokesperson.

As we all know, Tor relies on volunteers to make the system work.
That is why, today we announce a small foundation to host nodes for the network.

* What will we do? *
We, as /d/council intend to help the Tor Network grow by hosting relays. The vendors and onion service providers are the ones suffering the most from a weak network connectivity. Therefore we decided to give them the opportunity to invest into the very infrastructure that their livelyhood depends upon.

The moment you see a professional darknet user moan about a bad connectivity, they no longer have an excuse to blame others. You may point them to our foundation as an option to help the Tor Network outgrow the ever increasing attacks.

We are a solution. Let us unite in the face of our plenty adversaries. Let's build a truly anarchist open source society and enable everyone to be part of this amazing free culture that we are building here.

* How can you help? *

As soon as we reach enough money to host a relay for an entire year, we will create one. These relays can be a bridge, a Guard relay, or an exit relay, depending on what is needed at the time.

Since we still are on the darknet, we sadly can not reveal the identity of all the relays we will be hosting. We will however, give all necessary information to a trusted third party,/u/YosemiteGhostWrite, So that he can confirm everything, and make sure we are actually hosting these relays.

Want to host a relay yourself? here are some sources i think are pretty good:

Hi all,

We just launched xmr.is (some reviews on reddit, dread and Telegram) ! This version already offers three differents services:
- Conversion XMR to BTC / BTC to XMR
- Payment XMR to BTC / BTC to XMR
- Conversion Altcoins to XMR / XMR to Altcoins (BCH, BSV, Litecoin and USDT)

We don't need KYC process. Tor link available. No script. No data recorded. Instant transaction.

Fees: 0.5-1%, no hidden fees.

Sorry for the layout, it's a first version, we're going to upgrade that quickly !
Xmr.is is not a big innovative tool, it's just a tool to facilitate the use of monero.

API available :-)
