You will receive a reply with an invoice/order form. Complete the order form after submitting payment, and email it back.
ONCE YOUR ORDER & PAYMENT HAS BEEN VERIFIED YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders ship 1-2 times per week. Don't ask when it will ship after a day or two.
Open Monday through Friday. Limited support on weekends.
Drop addresses are copy pasted as supplied. Double check. Address errors will not be refunded or reshipped.
Package MUST have a real name, no fake names or non-residents.
Abusive, demanding, spamming or other asshole behavior will not be tolerated, you will be blacklisted at my discretion.
Tracking is not released for all parties security. Don't ask me to check tracking until 7 days after the order is marked shipped.
When the package is given to USPS I am no longer responsible for the package. Items marked returned to sender, out for delivery, and delivered will not be granted a refund or reship
Items that appear to be lost by USPS that were not marked out for delivery will receive a 50% refund or 50% reship for returning customers.
First time customers will receive a 25% refund for any order that is missing or otherwise not delivered.
Orders shipped via lettermail will not qualify for a reship or refund regardless of prior orders made in the store.
