In order to simplify, we are going to use 'cleaning your room' as a good example of that complete purity is very difficult to achieve on Earth.
It takes a lot of energy to do it (cleaning your room) every single day, always maintaining it absolutely clean even in the most inaccessible places; of course, people doesn't have enough time to do it daily.
Complete removal of corruption of any kind is on the same level of difficulty or even more!

Purity is a must (completely needed) on Earth (right now) because there are too many (unhealthy levels of) intellectual unfiltered filth/negativity!

Sometimes, it is not only about the difficult process of purification (including heart), with healing and cleaning until all that is not-good is gone (reaching purity_ state)! Sometimes it is not done with just purification, it is necessary/recommended to upgrade/repair/to fix some parts (or the whole system!) that are missing/incomplete, and to make it stronger/robust to corruption or normal decay.

Filtering negativity (filters) is completely necessary on Earth's environment to have a pure life (full of purity, to gain a moral environment). Earth's ecology (including humans, full of negative beings) lacks a morality full-proof resistant to corruption.

A lot of humans curse casually/automatically without putting some thought on it; some humans love to use cursing words (specially teenagers) or even they found it morally acceptable in some situations (like in camaraderie).

Cursing is used when something goes wrong... as it is very common that things go wrong on Earth, so, we found that it is difficult to completely quit/clean the habit of cursing on humanity of Earth (regaining purity of speech), as it is deeply rooted. 

As a part of our suggestions, we recommend to use blessed words (blessings) or words full of positivity!

As most governments (justice branch) only punish who does not follow their laws, immoral (not recommended) actions are almost guaranteed to exist on Earth (and possible similar places) as they are not punished properly. Therefore systematic corruption appears as good people have to do more work (to expend more time thinking, energy/resources to avoid immoral actions) than evil people (sometimes they even corrupt their governments); so, evil easily prevails (at least temporarily) on most parts of Earth (and that's why Earth is still Hell).
As an example: Big companies get corrupted as they only need to follow the Law enough to destroy their competitors, so they got even bigger and corrupted until monopoly happen.

Old people of Earth are usually corrupt because they get corrupted over long period of time of exposure to corruption (including their corrupt parent), specially people that have some power (such as politicians, police). It is a well known fact, but still, people doesn't talk enough about a serious purification and healing process as something completely/constantly necessary.
