While the complete truth, without any subjectivity, is sometimes difficult to say it, some people intentionally mix truth with lies (possible truths that are lies), and this is often called disinformation.
People that are into disinformation are sometimes called conspiracy theorists, trying to uncover deep/hidden truths.
Some people spread disinformation for fun (trolling), but others are following a precise agenda (often political propaganda); and even, sometimes, religious people spread ideas following that devious path.

We are in the path of only truthful information.

Verification is the process of verifying factual information, checking info if is really truth (facts) or not.
But, sometimes is impossible to know the truth (unless we reach omnipotent level); and sometimes the difference between real or not is very subtle or ambiguous/subjective.

Based is a recent word used for being yourself and not caring what others think of you, to carry yourself with swagger. That usually ends up being blind with pride (inflated ego, overconfident) and saying something with rudeness (even if it is true).
We suggest to avoid a rude delivery of truth/info, therefore to delivery it nicely (even if you are proud of yourself and full of confidence). It is important to differentiate between honesty and being nice-less (an asshole).

It's dangerous to know some truths, yes without doubt, dangerous.
For example, some people when they hear really bad news, they have a heart attack, they literally die because of some words (hard truths).

Complete honesty seems to be unnecessary in most cases. Still it is not lying, but omitting info (most likely personal opinion) that maybe hard to assimilate for some sensitive people, or annoying them.
