Humans activities usually/systematically lack of quality, because many reasons:
People lack of enough energy (lack of money, time, resources, enough rest,...), lack of coordination between individuals, lack of intelligence/planning, lack of training (underskilled), lack of powerful tools, corruption (doing risky shortcuts for example), lack of attention/focus (distracted), lack of motivation (will power),...

We are not even close to the full implementation/realization of God's Community (aka God of All).
We show some commitment (constant effort after 6 human years), but still there is a lot of more future work to do.
Maybe, if we just keeping the simple hopeful desire up to become real gods, it is good enough for now!
