We can change anything from our rules and laws. They are not immutable, but they are intended to be as eternal/everlasting as possible. We try to not change them very often as it could be confusing.
We are above/beyond the rules, we overrule them, we are not slaves of our own rules. The rules, laws and other regulations are in place to help (as annoying/limiting that them can be) to achieve our positive goals of universal peace and prosperity.

Adult normal people (mediocre beings, specially in third world countries) are mostly following common sense and not the laws; not only because they don't know most of the laws of their country, because they just follow what others do or what it is said that is normal. So, sometimes, traditional illogical ideas are considered common sense as well.

We are proud of trying to clarity good logical rules/laws and therefore avoiding imprecise/ambiguous common sense.

Human burocrazy bureaucracy, following rules/commands, create a lot of paperwork, a lot of office jobs. Some corporations are moving to digitization/automation, but some governments are relent to give up the work done on physical paper by slaves humans (mediocre beings).
