I think there's a lot of cases like that especially for like traffic violations that went to court or something on that level, where they go for paying anyway with a signed document beforehand instead of going through the court. Might've been something like that going on here too.

Oh yea, I totally forgot, remember that time I've posted about susu making a post with a bunch of nobodies? Well it turns out it was some "new" feature because it wasn't a tok on her own account, or tikwm bugged out.

What you're referring to is volatility correction. It does not create a secondary mmr for you, at best you get matched with significantly higher mmrs that goes against fair play but your mmr is still tracked the same way as always.
If you win the high volatility games that are hedged against you, your volatility increases and the amount you gain is much bigger than the usual one you would have for a fair game.

thats how it works in league and valorant as well but since the mmr value doesnt equate 1:1 to a specific rank (i.e. 3500-3799 mmr = Archon 2) your rank isnt necessarily reflecting your mmr
in league you can for example be 3000 mmr and that could usually be equated to diamond 4 but if you have been on a huge winstreak starting from when you were low elo, your mmr has been climbing faster than your ingame points cus of said volatility correction. thats what he was talking about with separate systems. them being separate is only in the exception cases for new accounts and for people that are obviously misplaced rank wise in which case it places them in a higher rank lobby but their rank still hasnt caught up until they get to a that will stabilise their winrate around 50-60%

The course of events that got him charged were, first off, the ones i proposed to my group yesterday to use in the interrogation. I think the multivitamins have actually helped a lot, a few days into them and my sleep schedule has been sorted, no more of the wake up, go back to sleep, repeat cycle that had me spending 11 hours in bed every night.
