It's fine IIRC, I don't think I've watched a lot of it but it's at least not significantly worse than the sub.
I prefer subs in general too though and most of the time it makes little sense to switch. I've used dubs in games sometimes where subs would be distracting from the gameplay (or don't even show up for some dialogue) and that's it.

I do this, but I actually haven't had to savescum a single encounter since midway through act 2. Only the early game is hard, once you're geared up you breeze through bossfights.

I just killed Gortash, one of the main antagonists in the game in 2 turns.

Also, you can't "lose the fight, goes and gears up again, tries again, loses"
if you party wipe, you're forced to reload. and a lot of 'big' fights are in areas you can't retreat from, going and gearing up again means losing at times literal hours of progress, when the game is relatively easy, and very easy once you know the movesets an enemy has like a one armed guy in street fighter

It's genuinely okay. Like the only time I've had a better job is when I worked as a software engie but that's mostly because of the pay + I've had a clear upwards path while this is obviously a dead end job.
I don't do much, there's been no major happenings, well there have been some things where I've had to actually get a bit stressed but in general it's like 1-2 days over the last 2 months, in comparison I've been constantly on the edge for the most time in my other (bad) jobs just from physical exertion.
If my phone wasn't cracked I would probably just sit on me phone for 90% of the shift but since it's wack I just occupy my mental faculties, you could ask why don't I buy myself a new phone (since I've got the money for the first month of work) and my answer is my finances are very complicated right now and I would rather not talk about it lmao, it will get better though
Basically the only bad thing about it is the 16h shift being kinda bad for you maybe?

Oh yea I completely forgot because the blogpost was getting long and I wanted to finally finish writing but it's also kinda wack.
Well basically I'm pretty sure they're paying me wrong and I might have to go to a court to get the pay back but it's one of those sweatshop companies where they're trying their hardest to not pay you what you're owed. 
Multiple people have reported so far getting underpaid and afaik (not a lawyer blah blah blah) they are actually getting underpaid, as in they're not getting paid their night bonus (codified in law), they're doing everything to skirt the law to not pay you overtime, and there's something fishy about the way they're splitting the pay over two different contracts that you sign to work for them (you sign both specifically so they don't have to pay you overtime) (probably only mildly illegal as in I have no idea if it would hold up in court but it might).
Anyway so far I'm like 125€ in the hole, as in that's how much I think they owe me but it's a slow process of clawing things back when I finally get them to admit/not admit but go the legal route.

Afaik nekomin was running it straight just compiled on the whatever debian machine he (AWS) was hosting, no containerization. I compiled some of it (older code) on ubuntu but I think without knowing his specific setup I'd have to do some edits in go (I have 0 idea how go works) or switch to debian straight up. It still might not work too, he had a lot of funny code there that was reliant on his AWS setup for #claude for example and maybe other things.
