Sacking decision is imminent. The appeals panel met last wednesday and apparently it takes around a week before decisions are sent out. Having seen the documentation that is actually sent out for consideration, I am markedly less optimistic than the last time I posted - my retard performance manager, oblivious to any and all data protection regulations, showed me someone else's paperwork from a prior appeal cycle, and it included pages and pages of medical diagnoses and other evidence vs my one post facto psychiatric assessment. And his appeal was rejected....
To up the ante, next year's salary bands have been announced and, if I did survive, my 2025 salary would be 7k higher than in 2024. Would have preferred not to have heard that right before they fire me.
