Flag Request: On 8ch there was an option to hide your country flag. Is it possible to add this feature?

I also like the idea of allowing both custom + country flags -- but only displaying one flag. The custom flag (if selected) trumps the country flag.

That's good to know, thanks for the response. But I don't see how to set optional location flags? Board settings has a Location Flags checkbox, but that's only 2 settings (on/off).

Its annoying that whenever you leave a thread, your flag isn't saved on the board at all, forcing you to remember to set your flag every time you post in a new thread. Would it be possible to have the option to save the flag you like to use on a specific board?

Hey /operate/ BOs. I was browsing a few boards and noticed that there was a really creepy thread about underage children on /b/ were the people who made it say they're literal pedophiles. 

It looks like it's been there a few days. I may try to report it now.

Tor doesn't get IP hashes.
Best practice to treat annoying posters: ignoring them, they will get bored eventually.
If they spam or flood, turn on "Hourly thread limit" in the board settings, or enable captcha temporarily.
If they spams through a thread, let him do it for a while, then mark the checkboxes at his posts, and click delete at the bottom of the page. You can delete quicker and with less effort, than he can post.
Most importantly: have patience.

One more tip:
If he writes the same thing again and again, you can apply wordfilter with the "Manage filters" option. This way you can change the words of his posts. Make it something funny.
But this is also gives him attention, and as I first wrote, best to ignore, and ask your userbase to ignore him, and don't give him replies.

Ok that sounds like there's a VERY remote chance it could be some global but like I said BOs don't get special crossboard powers. It's just not possible with lynxchan afaik. 

I just audited our list of globals, removed all the globals that I think are inactive. If you're still active and I removed you, I'm sorry, let me know. But this should at least prevent these accounts from getting abused.
