Is there a way to implement a whitelist for a board? It would be easier if I could do that instead of hoping a bot spammer will eventually tire out or run out of proxies.

I'm trying to post to qrbunker and it says my IP address is blocked because I'm a known spammer. I am not a spammer. Presumably I have been caught up in a ban on certain IP addresses that are being used by my VPN or in my part of the world.
