You can register a domain with the name endchan (such as endchan.fan) and point it to Endchan's IP. Would that make you the owner of Endchan? Site is run by donation of users and volunteer work of users. The content you can find on Endchan is "provided" by the users who are legally responsible for their own posts.

Endchan used to be better when /lv/ had posters. Now endchan is useless for opensource programming talk; like anywhere else (did everyone die?) (seriously where did everyone go????)
