100 would be too jacked. Nobody would want to register.
This fucking spammer spins images so that hash bans don't work.
Wide range bans don't work. Deletions only trigger it more.
With advances in pestering fucktards' technology, the days of anons might be over.

Also, bans don't work for shit. I've known this for years.
They're a slap on the wrist at best. Most IPs are dynamic.

Update filter list, download third party ban list. Hide user posts until user has made 5 posts. Access boards through main page link only. Redirect spam to static pages. 

If cloud flare isn't working, maybe it's configured incorrectly. Are attacks all coming through the front end or has the server been hit?

Doubt they're actually buying proxies, most likely using publicly available ones. So, yes, a third party ban list of proxies is something that should be looked into. Alternatively, pulling the unhashed IPs of spam posts from the database and googling some of them may be helpful to figure out where they've sourced them from, and you may be able to construct your own blocklist.

There's shit all over /operate/ and Wrongthink. Here's one problem besides the many others: Mod panel does not have a "Delete every post below this" option. I think that would be key in cleaning up the shit on both sites. Who wants to click next to over 300 images of poop in one thread?

We have such tools, except it's difficult to implement them on Endchan and Wrongthink still needs so many things to be a working imageboard. First the flood rate has to be limited to manageable levels, mend the holes on Wrongthink, then we can add functionality.
