Experiment of an imageboard mixed with a social website.

Also just saw that ad on phalace but know that Wakaba imageboards got one thing over all others scripts : their supported filetypes.

Yup. Pretty much no one posting even in comparison to before. Still, that place had some fantastic threads.

For instance, the thread by Present and his tour of the hospital he worked in at night. Or the thread by the other guy on /regs/, pope something, who would go to peoples houses at night and take pictures of them through their windows. I think I may believe the shelf-life of that place represented the very height of *chan culture
I found a pretty chill spic BBS.
According to them, they are the longest-running non-japanese textboard and yesterday was their 6th birthday.
They have a new /int/-like board, so come visit us and say hi!

Synchan has died quite a number of times over its history lul. We started out as synchan.org in 2010, then moved to synchan.net, and now have synchan.com. Through a series of my own incompetence and a battle with my old host we lost the *chan software I had been developing for Synchan and picked up Tinyboard ever since synchan.net.

My wholehearted dedication to developing Synchan died around 2013, but from 2013-2015 I occasionally chimed in with some updates and bug fixes either because I wanted to see it return to what it once was fueled by short bursts of delusion or I was too stubborn to see it die forever.

Recently the site routed to another project I had been working on, because I forgot to change the port in the apache configuration for synchan.com.

I have the site up and running again and made a sticky: http://synchan.com/b/res/19.html
